Banh Mi brothers really blew me away with the flavors they packed into their meat and kimchi, had me wanting to take an order to go just so I can enjoy it again.Service was very good, quick and informative, they have their menu on the wall soon as you walk in and answered all my questions which made picking sandwich easier.The Thai tea was absolutely delicious as well

I had a great experience at Bahn Mi Brothers! You can find this restaurant in an unassuming shopping plaza in the University area. They have a pretty large Vietnamese menu, which includes everything from bahn mi to pho and some fun appetizer/fusion options. I ordered the summer rolls. I liked the amount of filling with both pork and shrimp, and it tasted pretty fresh. The pho fries were a fun option, and were tasty. The bahn mi was good, but I'm only giving 4 stars because while it was solid it wasn't my favorite Overall, pricing is decent.The in-store dining experience is nothing much. The inside of the restaurant is pretty run of the mill, and in spots maybe a little bit tired. Most of the people seemed to be ordering taking. However, the service was really patient and friendly as I tried to figure out what I wanted to order. What's really nice is that they have a paper with all of the top recommend options.

First-timer here. Ordered to-go--are the meats supposed to be served cold? I've had Banh Mi before and never experienced this. Other than that, the Banh Mi was flavorful, and the service was great!

It feels like forever since I've been here. I made a detour once I realized I was nearby, and jumped in 15 minutes before closing. I did ask if it would be okay to place an order, and they said yes. I ordered my regular grilled chicken banh mi. I also enjoy their vegan options. I have never had a bad dish there. Their banh mi is by far my favorite out of all the places I have tried. I was happy to see they had a food truck too.

This is my second time ordering from Banh Mi Brothers, and it has not disappoint. Any Banh Mi place, I usually get the classic Banh Mi with the pork head, asian meat loaf, and others but I was intrigued with their Porchetta Banh Mi. The pork was soooooo tender, juicy, and the pork skin was crispy. I most def will be ordering this every time I go here. I have never dinned in, so I can't say much for their service and environment. I do know they're near the University Area in Charlotte, NC so it's always busy over there. My only complaint would be the fresh Spring Roll sauce. The peanut butter sauce and hoisin tasted a bit burnt, which did not pair well with the fresh spring roll. For the size of the spring roll was decent for the price and good portion of protein. The shrimp and pork filling were fresh and springy.

Excellent Banh Mi sandwich......had 2 frid eggs on top with hot sauce!! Only way to go!Friendly staff....

Amazing food, incredibly fresh/good quality. Great simple atmosphere, dope music, and friendly, quick service. Plus, super affordable. This place is rocks. Definitely will return.

Wanted something different for lunch and Banh Mi Brothers had a great solution to my craving. Ordered the Porchetta - Heo Quay at the counterand about 7-10 minutes later they brought the sander to my table. The bread can really hold up to the meat and sauce. The meat itself was flavorful. The kimchi provided a cool, crispy contrast to the meat and bread. Put it all together and there's a lot going on in this sandwich!There are several tables inside and even a few on the patio m. With the quick service this could easily be a go-to for a quicker, tasty lunch.

Grilled pork banh-mi ($7.95) was so delicious, especially the bread. Good quality all around and served fairly quickly. Summer Rolls - Goi Cuo ($4.95) for two rolls were decent. Nothing to rave about, but nothing to be mad or disappointed about either. It's typical so you'll get what you think it exactly is. It's a super casual place where you can feel comfortable to come alone or with a friend.
