Bajo Cero San Marcos

Was eating dinner nearby so figured I'd stop in for a sweet treat to cap off the night. Saw the really good reviews, and they didn't disappoint. I've never had Mexican ice cream before, but the workers explained their entire process in how they don't use artificial flavors and the differences between traditional flavors and the Mexican inspired ones. Don't know the official name of it for the sake of butchering it, but got the Mexican hot chocolate ice cream. Had notes of cinnamon and was very pleasant. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

We love Bajo!!! Everything I have gotten here has been so good. The workers are always nice and helpful.

If I could give this ice cream shop, 100 stars, I would. The ice cream and goodies are absolutely fantastic, but the customer service is the best I've probably gotten in life. We stopped by at this place after the kids done jumping at the airsport adventure in RockHill, SC.The inside of the restaurant was so colorful and clean.All the flavor ice cream are fresh and they all home made with fresh fruits ice creams, all natural, and no artificial coloring. The owner was friendly and the ice creams are so good.The affogato shake (ice cream with liquid local brew coffee from RockHill Coffee Roaster).I really recommend this family owned ice cream shop! So so good!P.s : their creme brûlée ice cream is out of this world!

The best icecream experience I've ever had. I went with my coworker not expecting to get anything, just tagging along. The owner was there & she gave us a full experience. She taught us why she opened the shop, the meaning behind each ingredient & more. This is a Mexican icecream shop, but it's so much more than that. She allowed us to sample everything. I tried things I never would have before. I will definitely be returning!

After being highly recommended here by my boyfriends sister we were excited to try it out and it didn't disappoint! Local family owned business with quality treats conveniently located with plenty of parking. Everything is prepared with love and it's awesome. There's lots of new creative or Mexican flavors every so often and the shop is so modern and clean. They have sweet and savory things to choose from and are priced well. Bajo Cero is a much better option than all the preservatives and pricey franchises. Really love how family oriented, welcoming and helpful they are. Definitely recommend bringing your family and friends here it's the spot to be in town for your everyday cravings or to try something new.

Wow what an amazing experience! Tried a little of everything and all of it was great ! The owner explained everything to us and had us sample a few of their flavors. Ended up with the crème brûlée and it was absolutely amazing!! Absolutely the best customer service I've ever experienced in my life ! Will definitely be back many more times.

Run, don't walk, to Bajo Cero San Marcos! The ices and ice creams are amazing. They use real fruit and there's so much of it in their ices that they have the creamiest texture I've ever had in a non-dairy frozen treat.In addition to their product, the people behind the counter are so friendly and so helpful and so willing to let you try samples of as many different flavors as you'd like.I got a pint of their mixed berry ice to go and a "single" ice cream (which is actually two scoops). I forgot the name of one of the flavors, but the other one was their crème brûlée (complete with flambé brown sugar on the top).All of this along with a very generous family that was in line ahead of me who picked up my tab! What a blessing!
