I went because I'm at Hookah Fan and it was close by. Displays really knows their Hookah and they cater to that. The environment was more college like but the best part was the hookah. Overall, I will only go for Hookah if I was in the area it's not really my scene but if you're looking for a really good hookah this place has it.

If you know your way around Charlotte nightlife, then you know Babylon is the go-to place at 2 am when everything closes.I'll explain. Babylon is a hookah lounge and does not serve any alcohol. It is however, open until 4 am. So everyone comes to Babylon when clubs/bars close. For this reason, it gets PACKED after 1 am or so. Dont get me wrong, the venue in itself is pretty large. The hookahs are actually pretty good and there is usually plenty of parking here. The DJ is for the most part always good, playing top 40 hits, Hip Hop, Trap, Dembow, Bachata, Reggae, Reggaeton. People will absolutely be dancing here. Now, things to keep in mind:1. This is not a classy venue. You are sure to run into drunken folks every weekend. It gets VERY crowded. This place is not for the "bougie" or "fancy" folks. If you're not into rowdiness, this isn't the place for you. 2. NO ALCOHOL is sold here. Just water/cold beverages. 3. Keep an open mind, this place is perfect for the group of friends who isn't ready to call it a night at 2 am. So drink the last of your drinks at whatever bar or club you're at and head to Babylon to dance all the drinks out of your system. Dress code isn't a big deal, whether you're in your sexiest club dress or jeans and a top, what matters is the vibes you bring in here.

Good vibes, gets crowded sometimes but it's still good. Different flavors and good prices. And the DJ keeps you moving.

This place is like a daycare for teens. It's the weirdest hookah bar I've ever been too in my life. Every five seconds someone gets up and walks around for no reason. The hookah took forever to come, but it was a well made hookah. I was charged $5 for a red velvet cake that was small and dry. Tea took forever to come out. It was loud and music was horrible. I would only come back here if other hooah bars were closed.

This place is filthy and unsanitary. All the couches have trash stuffed between the cushions and the bathrooms are trashed. They do not clean the lounge very often as it was the same both times I went. The crowd here was extremely ghetto as well. One of the employees walks around with a handgun on his waist for protection. Even the water in the hookah was dirty on arrival to my table. Not worth the price at all!
