Asheville Sushi & Hibachi

We drove up about 8pm on a Sat. nt and it was very quiet and we almost didn't go in but it has great reviews and SO glad we did! We were promptly greeted and seated. There was 1 waitress working tables and to go and she did awesome job. I like that they offer hibachi which is my husband's favorite and thai which is one of mine. Both are dishes were delicious and presented very nice. The steak and scallops were cooked to perfection and Pad Thai had good flavor. A definite upgrade then other restaurants with the same fare. We will definitely be back.

We were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. Shown to our seat then our drink order was taken right away. Beautiful place, nice & quiet. The food came out hot & delicious.

Great food and great ambience and wonderful service!! Loved the bagel roll and my grandma loved her shrimp tempura roll.

It was a Monday, not too many places open unless you wanted fast food.We tried going to a place down the road , they were closed so we drove up to the Walmart plaza and I seen this place open. I looked at the reviews and being picky and spoiled with amazing sushi in Vegas I had to try the Sushi, after seeing some good comments. I ordered a Miso soup to start, I really enjoyed that. Nice taste and flavorful with pieces of seaweed and tofu. I enjoyed that while waiting for my roll.The other plate was the Thai Chicken curry. When it arrived I noticed there was not enough curry sauce. I've had curry made Thai way with a coconut based sauce, creamy and enough sauce . (looked like enough but very shallow bowl and the sauce just covered the bottom)This tasted like no coconut milk, wasn't creamy at all. When you add the rice the sauce disappeared. He was not a happy camper, and was very disappointed and did not eat it all.My roll came out It had a nice plate appeal with the flower and light.I did enjoy the roll, I dunked each piece into the wasabi sauce I made and it was very nice. I did enjoy my roll. I ordered because another yelper said it was good. Glad I did.I would go back for the sushi,I guess not the Thai or maybe to try the hibachi I read someone enjoyed.It was not too busy, waitress was nice and kept the drinks filled.#720

Service was amazing and the sushi was awesome! I had the Superman roll and it was outstanding!

Best sushi in asheville. Waitress remembers my order and I only go every couple of months. Super nice people.

The servers were very nice.The food was great and it was served with a cute little light. The place was a nice chill place to have some sushi and hibachi.Steak is from Hickory Nut Gap Farm - this says A LOT! Steak hibachi is fantastic, although they aren't juggling utensils in front of you.

Best Sushi in Asheville. The waitress is the nicest person I've ever met. She remembers your name and order. Please support this restaurant!

Sushi was excellent, service as well. Highly recommended will not disappoint. A new favorite when in town.
