Back again because my daughter uses her phone as an assault weapon when traversing the wild world of horseback riding Marcus once again was straight up with the options and I ended up just buying a new phone. Good deal and he took care of everything. Next trip I'm just going to buy an OG Motorola bag phone that gave us cancer in the 90's. Seriously though 5 stars as always.

My 2016 MacBook Pro needed a new battery. With Apple stores not doing Genius Bar appointments, I was limited in who could replace the battery. A quick google search pulled up AppleJuice. I called on a Friday afternoon & spoke to an employee who quickly told me they would order me a new battery & I could come by next week.I came by that following Monday around 2 PM. They estimated a "few hours." I was so happy when they called me at 3 & told me it was ready!The price was reasonable, cheaper than what a competitor told me. The staff is very kind & knowledgeable. I'll return if I have any other issues with my Apple products.

Superior Knowledge. Customer support rivals that of Apple (which in my mind is the very best there is). Completed work on my Iphone and my Mac on two different occasions while I waited. Took time to make proper diagnosis and explained my options. Purchased a used IPad for a friend here as well and saved 50% over a new one. They will continue to get my business!

Marcus quickly diagnosed & fixed my wife's iPhone SE that would not boot. He also replaced a scratched screen protector Pleasant, fast service at a very reasonable price. Very impressed.

These guys are top notch. I walked in there with a MacBook Air...and a broken screen. They said they could fix it in a day or so, and quoted me a price right away. I was hoping it would be a little bit less but they were less expensive than the Apple Store....and they had it fixed within an hour! Very efficient business and explained everything they did. I would definitely go back if I have computer issues again....hopefully I am one and done!
