This shop is super clean and Mack, Ben and Dustin are freaking awesome. Complaint: I purchased a vape pen and within 60 days it failed.Unsatisfied Response Mack spoke to the owner to see if it could be replaced. The owner said it had been over 30 days and he didn't know what I could have done to it.Position: I am a disabled veteran who served 26 years of honorable service and I was offended that the owner questioned my integrity over a $29.00 Vape pen.Hopefully, I can get past the feeling of being brushed off because he was meeting with men in suits and I was just a nobody in his eyes.*CEO contacted me and made everything right
