Every time my wife goes in there Kyle gives her attitude and Caleb smells like a freaking toilet I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody to people suck and it's overpriced

I used to really enjoy coming into this location. However, often times it seems the young lady with brown hair and glasses that works evenings (I apologize for not knowing her name) is unsure when asked about a product or item and refuses to call the store manager. I'm not sure if she is worried about being reprimanded (I want to emphasize the store manager DOES NOT seem to be the "reprimanding" type if an employee has a question), or why there would be an issue with asking for assistance. However, it's caused me to start shopping elsewhere because I feel as though the young lady (once again, I apologize for not knowing her name) may not have been trained properly and therefore is uneducated in regards to the store policies, products, and procedures. Overall, the company as a whole is great! As well as the products they produce. The Cornelius location is probably the best. I just think this location could use some revisions in staff or better training so customers aren't left feeling confused or mislead. I would give more stars, but it is a little frustrating I have to drive out of my way to a farther shop to feel as though I am receiving accurate information.

Great selection of products and the staff are always very helpful and friendly. This is true with the old highway 16 store and the lovation on the 16/73
