There are a few Mexican food trucks that come to the gateway area during lunch but there is always a line at this truck, a long line so it's best to come really early or after 1pm. They have tacos, burritos, etc. and they have meatless options which I appreciate and the food is amazing. I always order the same thing - spinach and mushroom quesadilla with peppers and onions and it is super huge, very filing and absolutelydelicious. I could probably have that quesadilla everyday but thankfully the truck only comes once a week. They also have churros which are really good as well but I only get that treat occasionally. Ordering from this truck is all about timing, otherwise the wait times can really get brutal, yet they consistently have a mob following which tells you everything you need to know about the food. I had never seen this food truck before so I went to check it out. The menu had many Mexican dishes to choose from so I went with a basic steak taco and a steak burrito. I was already disappointed after I ordered because I could smell glorious fajitas cooking which I did not order. My order came with three cups of salsa with varying degrees of heat. The taco was very flavorful with the salsa and cilantro. The burrito felt giant in my hand and really hit the spot. This was the best burrito that I had in a long time. I sure hope this food truck returns and with the long waiting line I expect that it will. I will definitely try the glorious smelling fajitas next time!

It's not a flashy truck, but the food is amazing. I had the carnitas tacos and they were incredible. The meat in particular was very good. I'd highly recommend stopping by if you see their truck.
