Annas Cuisine

Anna's Cuisine food truck is a solid spot, and I believe it's only established in Charlotte, North Carolina. These ladies have clearly been in business for a good while, and it shows in their cooking. I had the fried fish and fries, and let me tell you, the fish was fried to perfection--good southern-style fish done right!One of my colleagues mentioned the greens weren't seasoned as well as expected, though. From what I understand, the ladies toned down the seasoning because they were serving at a rehab hospital. To be honest, since they're only serving employees and not the patients, they could probably go all out with the flavor.Overall, their food is soulful and satisfying, and I'd recommend giving them a try if you're in the area!
