It's a great little family ran Asian market. If I lived in the area I would be there much more often. That said, it just can't compare to the selection that the "mega Asian marts" offer like Super G mart.I happened to be cruising down south boulevard and thought, I need me some really good ramen noodles to go with all the mushrooms I just found, I need a thai iced tea in a can and might as well buy some ginger and bean sprouts while I'm at it. So I opened up my trusty Yelp app and this was the closest place to get all those things.They had everything I needed and more. The produce looked healthy and fresh and so did the meat in the back (although a pretty limited selection). Lots of frozen options as well.Just go take a look sometime, you won't be disappointed. That said, if you need a ton of diversity in your Asian market, Super G is probably going to be a better option.

One of the cleanest Asian stores and located in a popular area of Charlotte. It's family owned and they offer a variety of things; from fresh meats, frozen goods, fresh fruits and veggies, desserts, snacks, to kitchen and dining ware. What stands out is the quality of the meat they offer; it's cut and packaged very neatly and clean. Their merchandise is priced on the higher end but that's expected with quality and location.

Very large market and I wandered every single aisle. And? I didn't find a single thing that I needed today. All sorts of sauces and cans and jars and packages. And all of it in languages that I absolutely can not read. There's Google Translate to the rescue but it really didn't help. I don't need any Mắm Cá Lóc Xay which it turns out is some sort of mud fish sauce. Pass.The store is clean and organized. Aisles are clear, shelves are stocked. The fresh veggies looked super fresh.When I'm looking to try to cook something authentically Thai or Laotian? Good spot for an emergency purchase. If you're looking to stock up for the month then it's either Super G or New Century for the big ticket. Think of Anh Dao as a convenience store to Asian items. You'll find the essentials but you won't be able to live week to week from their selections if you're going strictly Asian. This tip is especially important for meat and produce. There's limited selections for both here but you'll find all the noodles, sauces and powders you'll need to get from week to week. The essentials...

Love this market for variety and customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff. I called to ask if they carry a certain item I was looking for. They do! I can't believe I hadn't stopped here before now. Drove past it so many times not realizing what a little gem this is. Great first experience. I will be back.

Love this market. It has what you need but definitely don't count on everything you need if you are planning to do a full list grocery shopping. I come here for certain essentials that other markets within the 4-5 mile radius doesn't have.

Very nice store, comfortable shopping, had no idea what I was looking for but felt comfort in looking around. I was impressed that there was a variety of selection from wraps for lumpia to quail eggs how exciting. Will be back!

My Grandfather came across a very strange and unusual Sea creature at this market. When he was recommended by the montenyaards about this creature named the cockfish he was very confused and decided he would take it and drop it in the lake in his backyard pond.

Friendly staff, pretty good cuts of meat, and they have a good selection of noodles (wish they had more buldak flavors though). I also can't find perilla leaves here but this place doesn't disappoint
