Andy's Frozen Custard

Where is the custard at Andy? I'm not sure where they put the rest of our order ... we've been here a few times and while they are happy working and friendly man at the register - the ice cream has been a bit short - thought it was a fluke but now all 3 ice creams are missing around 3-4 inches of custard ? I don't understand. A year ago we would have to hurry up and eat the top before it melted and fell out of the cups . It was "watery" more consistency w that if a malt/milkshake and these were jackhammers ? I thought they are supposed to be like frozen custard at least they were a year ago . So sad I love their custard but I don't have any other location near me . Please do better Andy . This is not my first negative review for this location . Ugh . It's ice cream ! So easy !!

Fast and polite service with rich and delicious custard. It's not the same as ice cream so don't over do it. It's thicker and richer than ice cream and has a different mouth feel. The sundae I got had hot fudge, caramel, pecans and a cherry and it really hit the spot. I wish the toppings and ad ons weren't as expensive as they are, but there's not much you can do about that.

Delicious. I tried the Butter Pecan. Roasted pecans, butterscotch and vanilla custard. It was the best. The service was friendly. I was overwhelmed by all of the options but went with my "go to" classic flavor.

They have the best shakes in the game no lie. Cool little vibe on the outside, the staff is quick with it.

Terrible service. Slow. Barely any ingredients after waiting 45 minutes. Will never be returning

The quality of the custard has changed over the past couple of years, not as rich. Had a brownie sundae that was almost all brownie with less than 2 oz of custard.

Very quick & efficient service. They have a drive thru or a walk up. The custard is so yummy too! I have loved Andy's for a while so i'm so glad they finally have a location here. I tried a small ooey-gooey & my sister got a turtle sunday wit no hot fudge & added strawberries. They were very easy going about switching things around. We'll be back.

Your quality control needs some work. More than once, at this location, our Concretes are very lacking with the "fillings". If we wanted plain custard, we would order that. Tonight I ordered a Concretes with crème caramel and hot fudge. There was a small bit of caramel but basically no hot fudge. My husband had raspberry and bananas and it lacked bananas. We have not had this problem with the other location.

Ordered a chocolate milkshake with vanilla custard and chocolate syrup and a medium vanilla cup. Had to remake the milkshake because some how guy thought chocolate chips was syrup. And still got it wrong ended up with chocolate. Ok at best Culver's is way better. Also the kid tried over charging me in the beginning saying for the 2 items it was 19 dollars I checked him and he said oh my bad IAdded too many items. Bs bastard was trying to run game on me . I am calling corporate I don't normally do that however these guys are running game make sure to check your receipts
