We picked up dinner to go one night. The mild wings were more spicy than we expected for mild. There was a ton of sauce, so don't worry about dry wings. Tried the onion rings and cheese fries, and they were decent.

Came here today for lunch with co workers. We got here at at 12:05 and it was closed even though it was during their business time. A couple minutes later a person open the doors and let us in. We ordered our food at around 12:10pm and the food took about 20 minutes for the first order to come out. Mind you we were the second people in the building. My coworker wait almost 40 minutes to get their food and they ordered right after us. The wings came out and it was hot. It looked promising at first after the wait. I took a first bite and was let downed. The wings were cooked good but had no flavor. One of my wings still had a bunch of feathers stalks still on it. The fries was decent and probably the best part of the meal and that's not saying much. It had a lot of debris from the oil so that kind of tell you that the oil doesn't get cleaned often. The soda I got was flat and tasted like water. It look like the man was running this operation by himself and was taking orders and then going back to cook the food. This one of the few times that I could not eat all my wings. It was because they were not good at all. Power ranch had no flavor and spicy garlic was like eating sugar sauce. Overall I would not recommend this place to anybody unless there is a major overhaul. I feel like they could improve in a lot of area but that's up to management. I recommend you to find you another spot for wings.

This is legit disgusting.Wasted $40You can see that they used old oil to fry these fries.The crust on the tenders and mushrooms was nasty and thick. The sauce was good on the chicken wings but I won't be back for just sauce. I'm not impressed at all.

MOLD ON MY SON HAMBURGER BUN (see photo) !!!! So we order from Grubhub. Now we have never order from Grubhub before. America best wings costume service is THE WORST!!! I called to speak to manager due to my order which was wrong and mold on my bun. One employee hang up the phone after placing me on hold and they other basically hanged up the phone after speaking with me. She said NO manager was on duty (unsafe for one)!!!!! And she could not explain how we have mole on our bread. She basically don't know. I'm like how this happen and it's only two employees thats was working in there today. So I will be paying them a visit tomorrow. FYI: Foods that are moldy may also have invisible bacteria growing along with the mold. Yes, some molds cause allergic reactions and respiratory problems. And a few molds, in the right conditions, produce "mycotoxins," poisonous substances that can make you sick. SO UNHEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!------------------------------------------------UPDATE on 5/27/2019- My review is just based on my experience. It's not a bad place My food was good (the chicken and fish sandwich), just not the burger. I went to the store and explained to the manager what happened with my order she apologized and stated she doesn't know how that happen. Yes she showed me the bread/buns that are used at their store and was MOST DEFINITELY WAS THE SAME! Yes was a given a refund. Dear management, unfortunately I'm unable to remove my post (as you asked). Please don't insult me by saying that I had the wrong place(see photo, yes it's the right location) and that some how you all don't know where the buns or burger came from, so either your saying I'm lying or Grubhub switched the burgers . A mistake is a mistake... All you had to say we apologize and you don't know or understand how it happened. I'm a person that believes in a 2 chances and I would have even came back because we are all human and people make mistakes BUT AFTER YOU WROTE THAT REPLY..... I will not return.

My entire order was overcooked. I ordered cat fish sticks, they would burnt. My wings, burnt. I ordered online and by the time I reached the restaurant my order should have been done. I'll waited for an hour. A lot of people ask for their money back. One of the workers stated that they received a big order over the phone and they were trying to prepare it. Therefore they were skipping over our orders to prepare this big order.

1st time at "America's Best Wings"...ordered hot wings and shrimp. Wings are Jumbo only and even though I prefer much smaller wings, they were good. The hot flavor was super spicy and really good!! I like the fact they give you a lot of sauce. The fried shrimp were good as well, many different seasonings to choose from ie. Cajun or Old bay. Customer service was great and they are still following Covid safety guidelines, no dine in. Good food, will def. go back.

They should be renamed to Americas Worst Wings. Chicken was so tough & overdone my fork couldnt even pick it up.

Absolutely terrible service and mediocre gummy food. They forgot 3 items and when I went back they acted like they didn't know me (the place was empty and I was 20 min later I went back). The food tastes microwaved and not fresh. Would never come back here again.

Nothing about our order was good. Wings were asked for crispy and they were not even fried to regular standard. Mild sauce was not good did not taste like a hot sauce and was a redish color. Fries brown & soggy, seemed to be fried in old grease. Soda was flat. Got home and was so disappointed. Waste of money.

This place food was hot and fresh. Customer service was great very nice. And polite only two complaints I did have I asked for boneless wings and they gave me bone in and I also ordered cheese fries as well and when I got home I could taste that they watered down the cheese sauce why would and do that yuck I also love ranch but that was also watered down is one thing to save on cost but if you are watering down your ingredients it nog gonna taste good so the 3 stars was because I did get good service and hot fresh food ....
