Amendment 21 Grill

Y'all this place has the BEST burgers! Fresh and the fries are hot and fresh and the onion rings are hand battered in house. My husband got the Philly steak and cheese and he said it was also wonderful. Quick great service, we go at least 3x a month. So glad we stopped in to try them out.Run y'all run, go support these great people with fantastic food!

Located in downtown Rutherfordton, Amendment 21 is one of the very few locations in the Tri-Cities with later hours. In addition, they offer live music and trivia each week. Their menu offers typical bar food items like burgers, fries, and wings. I was pleasantly surprised with the bar specials on beer and spirits. I have not visited since the remodeling and kitchen updates. I look forward to seeing the results.

Hopped in for a snack. Front of the house managed by one, with assistance to the back in! It all works! The steak and cheese was awesome along with the mayo chili base side! Onion rings must've been soaked in a buttermilk base to remove the skins for extra crispiness! What can I say, without bringing too much attention to the cook! You rock man ... literally!

If you like deviled eggs, you can order them the traditional way or deep fried! Great snack to share! Service is always friendly, and it's a comfortable place to grab a beer and meet a friend. It's definitely a dive bar vibe, which is exactly what I love!

Driving through town and saw this place and decided to stop, and it was completely worth it! Food was great and the guy who runs the place is really cool! We got the nachos, burger, and hot honey chicken sandwich and they were all great! They are a scratch kitchen so everything was made fresh for us!

We just happen to be the first customers! Nice custom drinks. How's this for a sample. A Doc Holliday; Jack Damiels, jäger Meistersinger orange juice and Dr. Pepper. So far pretty decent, owners are personable and I hope this place turns out to be a regular hangout.

We had never been here before but recently had heard the food was really good and we definitely were not disappointed. Our meal was absolutely excellent!! The service was good although you have to order at the counter but it works there. Staff were helpful and friendly so we both had the smash burgers--my husband had the onion rings and I the French fries. It was all delicious and we're already planning what we'll have the next time (he's eagerly looking forward to trying the deep fried deviled eggs!).

Smash burgers 10/10. Great fries. Wide selection of alcohol. Nicely decorated and some of the nicest bartenders you'll ever meet.

Terribly rude service. Decided to try a new place and saw good reviews here. Man who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive. I asked if I could have the toppings for cheese fries on the side to keep them from getting soggy on the ride home. For the record, I live over 30 minutes away and didn't think that this was an unreasonable request. After asking this I heard him say an exasperated "oh my GOD" away from the phone thinking that I wouldn't hear. After all this, the food was terrible anyway. Over cooked fries and chicken, missing condiments and side items. It wasn't worth the money. I don't plan on going back AT ALL.
