Alpha Italian Restaurant

We arrived about 30 minutes before closing but were still treated with utmost respect. The bbq chicken pizza was one of the best we have ever had!! Cooked perfectly and tasted great!!

My chicken souvlaki platter was just ok! The salad and dressing that came with it was less than anything to be desired. My husband really enjoyed his hot wings and ranch. The building was ridiculously hot as they clearly aren't using the AC or it's not working. The lady that took my order over the phone and rang me up in the restaurant was about as friendly as a door knob, had zero enthusiasm or personality and didn't even say thank you. Needless to say, this place is on the bottom on my list of local places to eat.

If you're going through Rockwell looking for someplace to eat, go to any other restaurant on the 52- the customer service at Alpha tonight was awful and when we asked why, we were told very unapologetically "because we had a big order". So, our appetizer was brought out with our entree, both no longer hot, because they had a big order- they will not have to worry about a smaller order from us throwing the waitstaff off incase they get a big order ever again- we will not be back

Alpha's is just ok. It's not bad food. But it's not fresh food. Rockwell doesn't have a lot of options. There is no great restaurants in Rockwell.

This place is hard to understand. MUCH of the food is not made in house. There is not much to pick from .let's see there is Hardee's Mic D and Food Lion Help us Publix... So that may be the reason they have Customer s It's a cross between a Sports bar and a Pizzeria. PLEASE make some of the food...

Food is good. Just don't go if you are limited on time. One waitress always and if it gets slightly busy you have to wait a little to put your order in. Food comes out ok but just go when you dont have a short lunch break.

My husband and I used to love this restaurant, we would order 2-3 times a week. Over the past 6-8 months the food has become worse and worse. Old wilted lettuce in salads, Alfredo sauce spoiled and sour, shrimp went from good large to tough overcooked baby shrimp, burned pizza, fries old, hard and cold. We keep trying, hoping the food would improve but it keeps getting worse. I've had to throw out so much food from there. I gave up.

This Restaurant was closed during covid now back open. While they were closed cleaning should have taken place. It is beyond dirty leans towards filthy. I called in an order of Pasta Primavera with vegetables & cream sauce - no meat. Way too much sauce and NOT enoughvegetables could not find them. I also order a "slice" of spanakopita (spinach pie). I got the sizeof a half dollar not much bigger than a quarter. Both dishes were lacking in flavor ! I feel sorry for anyone the are who spends hard earned money at this place

Wow what can I say but totally disappointed ordered 10 wings which were ok but need help. An a salami sub now get this double meat. Well there were six thin sliced salami pieces. Couldn't even taste the meat oh that's 2 dollars extra. An also a regular ham sub which consisted of four slices of low grade ham never again rib off an very rude people

Great food, we order several different dishes and have never been disappointed. Quantity as well as Quality food and prices.
