the food here is so good! and the service is also good, everyone is kind and our food came out SO fast, and does everytime we come here. the place is quiet with nice music playing in the background and it's just a cute little place. we've been coming here for years and this was the first visit in a while, but i'll be back soon for sure. sorry the food picture isn't the best, i didn't think about it!! the teriyaki chicken is so good and i got a side of mushrooms which i smashed. also love their shrimp sauce.

I love the food the Akitos special is amazing comes with soup salad and an entrée. The service is amazing they will know who you are by your second visit and will never let you drink go empty. The ambiance is so pretty with live fish everywhere of all kids. I definitely recommend this place

One of my favorite Asian cuisines, I try to go here as much as I can very clean and well decorated establishment, very sweet staff, and the food is just absolutely amazing. I go with the hibachi shrimp sometimes with no carrots because they'll fill the space with more rice, and the grilled zucchini and squash. Definitely recommend

I had the teriyaki chicken meal. It was really good! I had to go but I'm sure their customer service is good as well.

A Canny establishment that demonstrates unmatched customer service with a clean home-styled finish. The Bamboo piped soundtrack compliments each and every bite. A local challenge of consuming 2 plates in 1 sitting is a journey that is misunderstood by many. Few will accept, fewer will prevail, all will envy. "if I had one last time going.. Traveling back home we wanted to avoid restaurant chains. We landed here. A surprisingly large restaurant greeted us with various fish tank near the entrance. We ordered the veggie and steak hibachi. The food came quick! (Like they were waiting on us). Presentation was good, food was tasty with fresh vegetables served. The service was ok. After the food was brought, we didn't see the server for a long while. Overall, it was a good meal for two for less than $13.00.

Akito is a family favorite that we go to on occasion when I'm in town visiting. I've eaten there in the restaurant three times, and have ordered to go half a dozen times. Each time the food is reasonable as far as fast food Japanese in western North Carolina goes. The staff has always been polite and friendly. The restaurant service has been acceptable and fast. The last time I went I requested extra broccoli and they gave it to me without an extra charge. I recommend it to anyone looking for fast, good Japanese food in the area. Oh, and the free sweet tea when you dine in is another great feature they do that saves what would likely be $2 anywhere else.

Good is alway great! Food was fresh and ready when I picked it up. Resultant was clean and cashier was friendly.

My favorite place to eat. Most delicious Japanese food around better than kobes. Very reasonably priced with huge servings. Fast excellent service. Free tea if you find in.
