Some of the best Mexican food I've ever eaten.Don't miss a chance to try this if you're in Gastonia.We had enchiladas, two tacos, and a tamale.Everything was fresh, hand crafted, and wonderful.Service was excellent, too.We came because of the reviews, and it was better than we expected.Great food.

The hostess was so nice! She ended up being our waitress also. We told her it was our first time there and she gave us some good options from the menu. The food was good and fresh. The restaurant is older, could use a little remodeling but ok

Inside is dirty Food is blandOur waitress wasn't friendly at allGuacamole wasn't seasoned well asked for some lime and when I got my bill was charged an $2. Crazy!!!!!Won't be back. Too basic for me. There is better.

We live in mexico but work in the states . This place is about as close as we can get to the real deal . The owner is awesome always hooks us up with great drinks and food every time . Best birria tacos ivevever had . and the shrimp is so good . If you like mexican food this is the spot .

Another stellar lunch at Agave! As always, the service was impeccable, and the cuisine reached new heights of excellence. I sipped on a refreshing lemon gin cocktail while indulging in the irresistible house-made salsa and crispy chips. My posole was a revelation--rich, hearty, and bursting with flavor. Meanwhile, my husband savored the emoladas, enchiladas drenched in a luxurious, velvety mole sauce that was simply divine. From the first bite to the last, every detail was flawless. We are already counting the days until our next visit!

We had dinner here two nights in a row -- it's that good. Clean environment. Fresh food! If we were going to be in tow. Another night, I'd probably try it again. The staff is nice and the food comes out hot! I forgot to take photos of the tamales and tacos tonight. My husband had a vegetable burrito and loved it.

Great food and great service. Not sure what they put in their salsa, but it is super good. No wait to seat

I have been wanting to get here for a long time. The avocado with shrimp salad was on special to I finally made it here I'm so glad. Super good. Fresh ripe avocado. A whole one. Big fresh shrimp. I did take out so I don't know about the service but my order was on time for when I wanted itEvery one was friendly and helpful I will surely be back

Excited my family and I got to try this wonderful restaurant. These tamales are authentic and so is the remaining of the food. Great portions. Will love to come back and try their seafood. Service was great, we had a waiter that was new but was knowledgeable of the menu. And the music was just right in regards of the noise, not too loud.
