Ace of Spuds Food Truck

There is a reason why there is always a long line for this truck wherever it goes because the loaded baked potatoes and hash browns are heaven sent! One of the best food trucks in the city and the best loaded baked potatoes I have ever had in my life. My favorite has to be the Cajun Shrimp baked potato. It seems the crowd favorite is the cheese steak as that sells out quickly!

This place was a 10/10. I have heard great things from my Fiance, but this was the first time I got to try it, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I got the cheesy garlic shrimp loaded baked potatoe, and my Fiance got the Gouda Chicken. He's tried, almost everyone they offer, and has yet to have something he didn't enjoy. It was super filling, hot, and flavorful. They had a consistent long line during lunch hours, but the wait was not too bad. Each baked potatoe comes with garlic bread. I can not recommend this food truck enough.

This food Trojans been outside my building multiple times. I didn't know what I've been missing. The shrimp and sausage potato was excellent cook well and the chipotle sauce went well with a nice level of spice I had the buffalo wings also. But I wouldn't recommend them. Just stick with what they do best the stuffed potatoes

This is the best food truck in Charlotte, easily! The baked potatoes are huge and come with a heaping of fresh toppings. Their baked potatoes range from classic cheese, bacon, broccoli to philly cheese steak or Cajun shrimp.The owners are also very kind and attentive to detail. You can tell every potato is made with care! Go to their website or instagram to find where they're parked weekly. I stalk them because they're the best!

One of my favorite food trucks in Charlotte! They never disappoint with excellent service, professionalism and Out of This world stuffed potatoes! Twice now I've had the good luck to order and had a heavenly experience. Highly recommend the Cajun shrimp and added lobster sauce, andouille sausage, onions and sour cream!! Best of the Best. Friendly people, so courteous and humble and appreciative. You will love it, so get ready for an exceptional meal

OMG!!! We were home planning to order in on DoorDash and it didn't work out.My wife remembered Ace of Spuds was parked at the Clubhouse in our community.Grand Slam!!!!I had the Cajun Shrimp Potato... deeeeeliciousMy wife loved her Gouda chicken potatoI tried some of the kids wings and potato skins... Sooooo goodSome things ate meant to be... Thank you Ace for giving my Saturday a delicious ending :)

Potato was cooked perfectly! Soft, tender, and fluffy inside. It was stuffed with a large amount (great value worth) of toppings. I was worried about the wait time while at the truck, but it was a fast and efficient service. I got my potato within five minutes of ordering. I can't wait to try a new potato from this place; they all looked appetizing!

Favorite food truck possibly in the city. The bacon and cheddar baked potato it was phenomenal and the staff was so amazing. Portion size was huge and worth the money for sure!

This baked potato was soooooooo good. I loved everything about it. The sauce was phenomenal, the flavor was fantastic, the potato was cooked perfectly and my taste buds were in heaven. If you spot the truck, don't hesitate to stop and place an order. You won't be disappointed. Worth every penny.
