ACE No. 3 - Myers Park

I've been to ACE twice and, while I was impressed by my first visit, I was downright awestruck by my second one. In a city that has quite a few respectable burger options, ACE has quickly become... my ace (see what I did there?). In all seriousness, ACE easily deserves high ranking on any Charlotte burger lover's list.Perfectly seasoned & expertly cooked smashburger patties. The BEST bun I've had on a Charlotte burger--no clue where they come from, but seriously hoping they stay forever. Crispy fries with just the right touch of salt. Milkshakes for the adult crowd that likes a little kick with their childhood classic. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Classic burger and fries. We got the Ace burger and liked it. The fries were also very good and slightly different than average fries. I would like to try the other sides next time. They had indoor and outdoor seating. You order at the counter and get buzzed when your food is ready. Everyone was very helpful!

Ace No. 3 is one of those places that doesn't try to do much, and instead focuses on what they are good at and execute to a T. Their menu is small and focused, clearly establishing them as a burger joint with a retro vibe. They offer burgers, hotdogs, and shakes along with some sides, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for customization, they give you the option to make your burger how you want it. Me personally I like to go with their signature burger The Ace. I think it solidly puts them into the top tier of Charlotte burgers. The food comes out quick, and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend stopping into any of their locations, and I am excited to hear that they will be opening a location Uptown where I will likely be a frequent diner.

Omgggggg the burgers are huge! The taste was impeccable. It's alot to take in whewwwww.I had a triple burger with fries and a shake. Yes Big Back Activity. The fries were hot. The chocolate shake was the less of my favorites.The resturant was really clean and staff was friendly!

Great food, fast service, and nice staff... what more could you ask for?? We've been dying to see what all the hype was about since moving here and finally had the chance today. Thankfully, we caught them during a slower time so there was very little wait even though everything was made fresh to order. The burgers were more substantial than the typical smashburger style patties. You still get the nice crispy edges and flavor though. The sauce, cheese, and house made pickles all complimented each other well. The bun was also very fresh and soft yet still held up well to the toppings. The fries and tots were both great options for sides. The fries were perfectly crispy and the tots were just the right mix of sweet to accompany the burger.Overall everything was tasty and service was great. The prices are a little pricey but that's pretty much the norm now. At least with this meal, it seemed worth the money unlike many places. Certainly not something I would make a habit of eating often but for a burger craving, this is a solid fix.

Ace No. 3 is one of the top rated spots in Charlotte to grab a burger and I can see why!After seeing these delicious juicy burgers circulating my Instagram feed, I had to see for myself what all the hype was about! We hit it right at lunch time on a Wednesday and it was pretty crowded. It seemed like they were short staffed and as a result, I felt like they were rushing around. The burger patty wasn't smashed as I was expecting. My burger was actually really dry and overcooked while my husband's burger was juicy and saucy. We ordered the same exact thing, so the consistency was just off. The flavor was incredible! We definitely want to go back. Keep Ace No. 3 on your list of must-try spots in Charlotte!

They didn't get best burger in Charlotte by accident. Ace burger is a favorite for sure! I have never tried anything other than the Ace burger but why "fix what ain't broke?" The crispy burger patty,house made pickles, grilled onions with the comeback sauce and melty cheese is the perfect combo on the buttery brioche bun. It was the perfect weather for a burger and I am always impressed with the customer service. For a burger joint, you will always have fresh tasty food! Make sure you wash it all down with a yummy milkshake. You can even get it "spiked" if you are feeling spicy!

Ok, hello delicious hamburger and fries!! I cannot believe I waited this long to go here! This is one of the best burgers and fries I have had here in Charlotte. It puts Shake Shack to shame.The location is super cute and there is a nice amount of parking and some outdoor seating too. Traffic was a bit of a disaster though n Queens Road, but I was traveling around 5:30, so to be expected. The Ace burger had the perfect amount of char. The sauce a was delicious and not overpowering. The fries were perfectly salted and crispy. I also got the confetti shake was good, but a bit too sweet for my liking. I can't wait for my next trip here!

Delicious burgers, you can't go wrong with anything. Staff is very friendly and the establishment is welcoming but tiny. A lot of outdoor space for a nice day but minimal indoor seating. They provide board games for the table which are super fun!

Great burgers and fries! Friendly service and a clean place to grab some food! We will be back!
