The atmosphere is very cozy and really utilizes their space. I enjoyed that the space was smaller since it fits the ambiance, and it's not right on the road, so you don't have all the noise pollution you might get elsewhere. On to the important part: the service and quality of the food. Service 10/10: You order at the front of the store and then receive a number. It was very straightforward and very easy. The person who took my order was friendly and had a warm personality. It made me feel like a regular, even though this was my first time here. The food 12/10: This was my first time ever trying Banh Mi so I did a little research beforehand so that I didn't walk into a place with no idea what I was ordering. The menu had a description of everything that is put into the sandwich, which was extremely helpful. The sandwich does include jalapeno, which you can obviously ask to be put on the side or not be included. I was tempted to not get them on mine but I figured that I would try the whole experience. They had a nice burn but not too much, which was perfectly complimented by the butter mayo that cut the heat. Now, don't even get me started on the bread!!! I was to die for! I have never had bread this good before, and I LOVE BREAD. I would give the bread alone a 15/10! I have the perfect crunch-to-soft ratio. I will definitely be returning in the future.

220C Banh Mi has officially become my go-to spot for banh mi in Charlotte. The cozy atmosphere makes it a great place to sit and enjoy your meal, and the quality of the food speaks for itself.I went with the cold cut banh mi, and it was absolutely amazing. The baguette was thinly cut rather than thick, which gave it the perfect ratio of crunch to filling. It also had this rich, buttery taste that elevated the entire sandwich. Every bite was balanced, with all the flavors coming together just right.I was hoping to try the stew, but unfortunately, they were sold out--definitely a sign that it's worth coming back for. Even so, the banh mi alone was enough to make this place my favorite spot in town. Can't wait to return and try more!

I was in the area doing business in a nearby suite when I noticed the sign that said caramel flan. Flan is one of my favorite desserts and I've found that it's not always made the same way.It wasn't very busy when I stopped in and I was able to get my flan right away. I enjoyed the flan; may have to return and try their coffee.

I was looking for a place to get a quick coffee and found this hidden gem in a strip mall. They had a wide variety of different teas and coffee that sounded very interesting. The owner was helpful with the many questions I had about the menu. I decided to go with matcha rosa latte. It was tasty with a hint of rose flavor. Now, for the big wham, the Banh mi are amazing. The bread was freshly made that day. The baguette was soft with a nice crunchy taste, and the pork was so tender. Dang, it was so good we ordered some to take home. The place was packed with people at each table. The staff was friendly and thanked us several times for coming in. I came home telling my family about this place, good service and good food.

The cutest place in the most unexpected area. Inside is adorable, a couple tables to sit while you wait or dine. The pastry's are fresh and the coffee is strong. I can't wait to try their banh mi!

The banh mi adventure continues! This is a sweet and quaint place with great vibes! Service was kind and attentive, and I'd happily come back for another sandwich, tea or pastry!Let's talk about the banh mi now.The bread: ok this was a small bummer. The bread was definitely made in house, but it was more a thick crusty crunchy bread than the crunchy and chewy combo you crave with a banh mi. It was good, and, it definitely was CRUNCHY. Not my favorite unfortunately.The protein: the tofu was well seasoned and well fried. Might be better dried more before, but I would definitely eat this again and the tofu was crave-able. The veggies were fantastic! Crunchy, pickled to perfection, well cut cucumber and jalapeño, good and fresh cilantro. Mayo was nice and not too much: I did add some sriracha and it was exquisite.Literally, the only thing that lost a star? That bread because it was so crunchy! Again though: an incredibly SOLID SANDWICH!

Cute cafe with fresh baked bread and pastry. Great for breakfast or lunch. Service is always friendly and prompt. Love the cafe atmosphere with soothing music and couch area. A great addition to this little shopping center. I'm always glad to have a place to chill while having my car serviced at a nearby Firestone Car Care.

Best Banh mi sandwich I've had!! Deliciousness Bread was crisp and fresh. Ingredients were perfection. Pickled Daikon was on point. Pate is my favorite.

A happy stumble! I visited this place on a Saturday morning and it was so cute and cozy on the interior. As soon as you walk in immediately to your right you can place your order. I asked about some bakery items and the guy was super helpful by bringing a fresh bulgogi bun out for me. I got a matcha latte made with oatmilk and it was exceptional! There was a great balance between the genuine matcha flavor and the milk. I opened my lid to let it cool down a bit and there was cute latte art! I also got their bulgogi bun. I was a little disappointed with it. I expected more of a char and umami taste, it held me over though until I could eat.

Can't stop thinking about it. It was delicious!!!! Alex was very nice. Got 3 of the cold cut combos - they lasted a day and I still want more.
