We get the sesame chicken and it's always good. Service is always quick and friendly and a place is convenient with good parking.

If I could use one word... Absolutely!!! I like the service, the food and the speed. This place is excellence in a modest way.

In my opinion this is the best Chinese food in Gastonia. Their egg rolls are full, and I've never had a bad experience with them. Red sauce is additional charge of 2.00 and it's a bowl full.

Ordered take out from here today. Friendly staff. The food was delicious. We will definitely take out from here again.

The shrimp fried rice is the best around in my opinion. Have not had any other food here so I can't comment on that but this is my go to place for shrimp fried rice. You can see them cooking the food in front of you so that should help if your skeptical about getting food at a place. I have attached pics of the menu for prices

I love Chinese food, my husband "likes" it, but I LOVE it. We hail from Chicago, where you can get Chinese food all over the place, not so much down south, and not so much "great food". We had been going to a different place, and we liked it a lot, even though it had terrible ratings on here. I personally loved their food, I am limited in what I can order due to allergies I have, and as a precaution I generally load up on an anti allergy med before eating. It was my husband who pointed out that 2000 Cafe was Asian food and I got very excited to try it, we do not eat out a lot, I generally do our own stir fry in house to control sodium and such, so I was excited when he agreed to order, and welcoming I usually order from there when he goes out of town. The food is more than plentiful, when I say that I am not joking, I literally get 3-4 meals out of my 1 take out order. Hubby gets about 2-3 depending upon how hungry he is. It tastes awesome, is ready fast, is not terribly expensive, and is close to our house. I love them! Period, would DEFINITELY recommend !!!

Food was fresh and hot. Everytime I've been here the service has been good. The ambiance is ok but most usually get food to go.

Best Chinese I have ever had. Their prices are good and their food is delicious. Despite the language barrier, they are always really nice and give great customer service.

Absolutely delicious, great service and portion size every time. My favorite is the beef w/ broccoli or the sesame chicken. They never disappoint. If you're in the area definitely try it out!
