Celebrated my birthday last night. Had the best experience. The food was amazing! Very tasty. Steak was cooked to perfection. Service was exceptional. Gil was very attentive. Will definitely return for casual dining experience.

We had dinner here on a Friday night. It was really delicious. Our server was so nice and so funny! He was really entertaining and was one of the best servers I have had at a restaurant. We ordered two fish dishes, which were really good. There was also a corn side dish that was so good. It's a very classy, nice restaurant and good for a celebration.

The food and ambiance were fantastic--elevated flavors in a warm, inviting setting. However, the lobster fell short, lacking the freshness and flavor I was hoping for. Still, a great dining experience overall!

This was my first visit to this new restaurant. We're so excited to have a high-end steakhouse in town. The food was delicious. I had the ribeye. My husband had the filet mignon and we enjoyed every bit of it. The sides were a little boring, and I think they can do better there. the dessert menu needs some work, but overall, I think the food was fantastic and I think the food will get better as time goes on 16 Prime is going to be a wonderful addition to our community.

Expensive but good. Great place for special occasions. Friendly staff great food. Good menu choices but would have liked to have seen prime rib on the menu.

Just ok. Caesar salad was good. Entrée's were blah. Service was great though. I just expected so much more for the price. There are so many better places in Charlotte.

Food was exceptional:I had the 14oz ny strip steak which was cooked perfect. I also ordered two sides cream spinach and mashed potato which was enough to share with the four of us. My wife and I split a Caesar salad which is one of the best I've had. For non meat lovers there are several seafood items such as salmon , scallops chillian sea bass and flounder My wife had the scallops which looked and tasted fantastic !Service was exceptional . We Had Page who took very good care of us.The portions were large and the atmosphere was like a NYC steakhouse The restaurant is a little pricey but more than worth what you get for your money.I highly recommend that you check out 16 Prime Make reservations!

No Hot sauce bar. That restaurant was garbage. Matthew was the worst. Why not just Matt, Everything we ordered he had to say excellent choice. Come on

It's early in a restaurant's life to write its biography, but there are areas this restaurant needs to address. The first is ambience. The tables are bistro seating. Much too close together.Secondly, they say there's a dress code when it isn't enforced. It looked like an average night in a sports bar complete with a crying baby in the background. Not exactly the elegence they are tying to convey.Thirdly, they are overdoing the disches. By that I mean they don't allow the food to speak for itself. The sea bass I had was overwhemlmed by an orange sauce which completely comouflaged the fish. The restaurant is trying to justify their prices ($42 for the sea bass) with extravagent treatments. The octapus, for example at $16 was smothered in oil overwhemling its delicate flavor.I would try them again in 6 months when hopefully, the treatment of their dishes begin to match their prices.
