At the Walmart location on happy valley and the i17. Store #02417There's only one worker here today; his name is Bryce. Bryce is absolutely killin it!!! He's had non stop orders placed and is doing such an amazing job. Not only does the food taste great but he's met each and every customer with amazing customer service. The food industry is HARD, and as many know, has taken such a dive since Covid. It's nice to see a young man work so hard! BRYCE DESERVES A RAISE AND PROMOTION!!! Not too many people work well anymore; make sure he's taken care of!

Twice now they show as available to order online only to show up and they're closed before the official closing time. Never again. I would post a photo but I never received my food. What a waste of time for both us and the delivery driver who deserves to be compensated by Charley's.

Came to Charlie's hoping for a glimpse of the taste of what I get downtown at coleons unfortunately my sandwich barely had any meat I think if you need to hike up the price and add more meat I've never seen a cheesesteak look so sad

First time at this location and we were pleasantly surprised to receive really good service from these young people! Seems so hard to find good service these days so thank you Ashley, Alyssa and Leo for your hospitality !I hade the regular veggie with fries and my friend had the chicken Philly. I have eaten at other Charley's locations (usually on the bases) so my food met my expectations and was yummy. This was the first time my friend had ever eaten at Charley's and she really liked her chicken Philly. She lives in the area and said she will definitely be back! Definitely Recommend if you are wanting a quick bite.

The man who took our order was friendly. The floors were sticky and dirty. We spent $70 on 4 sandwiches and 2 chicken tenders. The only sandwich that even looked slight appealing and had a proper amount of meat on it was my husbands. The rest looked exactly like the picture. Don't waste the money, they've gone entirely downhill. We won't be back

We recently went to this place to try out. Their kitchen hood is broken there is really uncomfortable odors and smoke. The staff's are really nice and friendly, I felt bad for them working in this situation..

Ordered two of the "old school" cheese steak sandwiches....pathetic. Came out looking nothing like the picture, they tasted awful and is so far away from what a cheese steak should be that I would be embarrassed to serve these to anyone. Seriously the worst cheese steak I've ever had in my life. The kids working the counter are some of the worst trained antisocial people I've ever encountered for a food joint.

Omg I went to Charley's and seen they had a new limited time cheesesteak. It's called a Bacon Chipotle Chicken Cheesesteak and it is DELISH! The service I received yesterday and today was excellent. Will be back again soon!

Came in this morning right as they were opening and Nicolas (hope I spelled it right) behind the counter was so awesome couldn't ask for better customer service anywhere and to top that off the food was bomb set my day off the right way will for sure be coming back!
