I will begin here, I have been a fan and supporter of Charley's since I first tryed them when they had a location in the Brickyard Mall, I love the steak sandwiches and the gourmet fries. The ranch and bacon were my go too, always. I disappointed when my location closed before the remodel began. When I discovered they opened in the Harlem Irving Park Mall, I was thankful they opened. I downloaded the app right after.Very fast service, friendly staff and the food is always well prepared. My last visit I picked the limited edition lemonade cup that I received a email about. Great spot for lunch. Charley's thank you thank you. I am glad you are in close by from work.

The food is good but the value isn't there. For a blue collar mall like this, a simple combo meal of a sub and fries at a sub shop shouldn't cost $17. I had the large Philly Cheese Steak and ultimate fries. Both were tasty and flavorful. I just don't see how this was worth so much.

The restaurant is conveniently located in the food market of the Harlem plaza, with lots of seatings, and right in the center of the outlet mall.Charley's Philly Cheese steaks makes the best and freshest cheese steaks, which are made to order, not waiting and drying out while waiting for customers to come and queue in line. The proof of how good they are can be seen in the long queues for their cheese steaks every meal time.The special deal of a chicken sandwich with fries are only $5.5, which is an absolute steal!The food was pretty well rounded, and was really really filling (Had to take some leftovers), plus it just tasted delicious! We had ordered the combo meal with chicken Philly steak and try gourmet fries. The waiting time was minimal so we got our food very fast, even though it was fresh. Another upside of us eating there was that we got to see a little bird taking a shower/drink in the soda fountain across the restaurant and we got a good laugh out of it before it flew away. All in all it was a good experience and I know where I'll eat next time I'm at the outlet mall.

Absolutely disappointed in them for not following simple instructions. I used DoorDash (having three younger kids makes it harder to go out hence why I used the service) to order through them and asked it to be at my house at 7p, yet they arrive at 625p, with ordering a LARGE Philly cheesesteak and received a small. Maybe the employee should get some glasses or learn to read instructions properly in the future.

Ordered delivery through Door dash today. Half the order was missing. Considering your cheese steaks are $20 a sandwich would have been nice to actually get my whole order. Pretty lousy first experience with this restaurant and App.

They never ever do their proper job! I order 3 times from them I asked for jalapeños on my bacon cheese steak and they never give me jalapeños! Let alone give me bacon! Sometimes they don't even put in the fries I order! What's the point of ordering if you can't follow a simple task.
