Fast food chain in Glendale, inside Walmarts. The 6 pc boneless in buffalo sauce, accompanied by french fries, was surprisinly tasty and generous. This time of the day, Monday at 4pm, there was no queue and the service was fast and courteous.

Basic location inside of the Walmart. I ordered the Philly Steak sandwich. I knew it was going to be bad when the cook slid it into the container and some of the food fell out. I got home and had the meat and cheese stuck to the paper. Must say it did not look appetizing at all. Sloppy service.

We're not that upset, but had to write due to the unbelievable ridiculousness of the situation. There were two workers, one in line, and one in the kitchen. The one in line informed us she was on lunch. Ok. The other lady took her sweet time coming to take our order. All my son and I wanted were two fries to go, a cheesesteak, a vanilla shake, and a lemonade. She made 5 mistakes -- in other words, got almost EVERYTHING wrong on our order.1. When ordering, she tried to charge me for 2 cheesesteaks.2. When ordering, she forgot to add the shake. "No one mentioned a shake!" She said. But we had (my son agreed).3. The 2 fries were not to go. Only one was.4. She made a strawberry shake instead of vanilla. So had to remake it.5. The machine wouldn't run my card and had to be done 2X.It seemed like an awful lot of issues for such a small order.

Wouldn't recommend going out of your way to stop by Charley's. However, if you're in Walmart and hungry then stopping by for a quick sandwich works.

Sometime service was sometime is awful awkwardly because I use go to here but sometime they did not go out to curbside saying they say curbside is available But they never speak like truth?!?! Back on April 26 2023

I've always gotten good food here and the staff has always been friendly. I would've given more stars but there's soda machine station is always sticky. And most of the time the soda is watery. The cheesesteaks are good though.

Worst service. I order for curbside because i have baby. I waited 30min outside and then i had to come in to pick up, i have food and 2 drinks, she put my drinks on counter and told me "i dont have cub holder" and she leave while i holding my baby. I do nothing but she attitude...????????

everytime that I come here has been a problem. I can't stand this location. plus their phone is always "off" so when you do try to call them because they forgot your fries to your order, it immediately goes straight to their voicemail. never will order from here again! (I also ordered online and it took them 10 plus minutes after it said my order was ready)

I had a pretty annoying experience at this location. My sister and I love Charley's and after shopping one night at Walmart, we decided to sit down and eat here. I walked up to the counter to order and there were 3 people cooking. I could tell they were busy making an order so I wasn't bothered that they hadn't come to take my order. After about 8-10 minutes a girl with bright pink hair finally said that she would be with me soon. Another 7-10 minutes went by before she approached me but I still understood they were a little busy with an order so I wasn't really bothered. I placed my order for my sister and I which came out to about $40 and paid with my debit card. Every time I added an item to the order the girl would look up from the register looking super confused/angry. After I finished placing my order I asked if they could exchange my $20 bill for fives instead. She looked at me so baffled and told me she would have to ask her manager. The woman she asked told her no, and I don't understand why that wasn't something they could do, but I do understand different companies have different policies so I didn't say anything about it but I was a little bothered. The food came out a bit quicker than I had thought and it did taste good. But my sister couldn't finish all her meal so I went up to the counter to ask for a to go box and the manager saw me but ignored me for a few minutes and then finally looked at me but didn't ask if I needed help or anything. So I asked for a to-go box and she said "we are running low but I will give you a bag" at this point I was extremely fed up because it is there job. Who are they "saving" these to go boxes for ? I am a paying customer and just wanted to be able to bring my food back with me. I ended up telling her "well a bag isn't going to work my sandwich is just going to spill around" and once again she ignored me and had zero response. I love Charley's food and I shop at this Walmart at least once or twice per week, but I will not be eating here again. Very disappointed with the customer service.
