Great truck. Well, I guess it's a trailer. We got them up at Alesmith on a Monday. Got their tacos, burger, fries. Killer. Super nice guy. Very accommodating. He was packing up and still served me, happily I might add. Food was great. Service was great. Experience was great!

I ordered the Dragon Scales (corn with spicy mayo, and spicy Cheetos toppings) and was very disappointed. I witnessed the guy take out of a bag of frozen corn out of the cooler so it just was not fresh at all and I ate maybe 1/3 of it. The only reason I am writing a poor review is how overpriced it was. I am not happy I paid 7$ for frozen corn. I spoke to a few of my colleagues on their experience since they also went with me and consensus was the same. The chicken taco was not good and definitely not worth $11 and the grilled cheese was also not worth 14$!!! (maybe like $5)

These guys are fantastic! I had Chameleon cater my mom's birthday party on 10/28. They were on-time, set-up and ready to serve just as the party got going. Their food is delicious, the selection was a hit with the guests, and they were very accommodating to any dietary needs. They are also well priced. I highly recommend them!

Corn in a cup is all I have to say. Roasted, delicious, hot Cheetos. Mmmm. Grilled cheese was a 4- it honestly needed more cheese. Fries a 5. The garlic on them was on point and the crispness was perfect. Get the corn.

We ordered food from Chameleon Cuisine last night while we were at our favorite neighborhood brewery--Black Plague. I was really impressed!I currently have a cold and just based on the old saying, "Feed a cold" I was definitely ready to eat! My husband got us a grilled cheese. I'm honestly not even sure what was on it but it was amazing! He also ordered us fries and the bowl of corn with crumbled up hot Cheetos on the top. The corn with the hot Cheetos was actually amazing too. It sounds like a weird combo but I loved it and I think the spice was also good for my cold.The food also came out really quickly! Would definitely order from them again. Also, it is worth noting that they have a lot of options on their menu for people with special diet restrictions.

Just came home with your food and literally want to scream!!! We have waited for almost an hour for our food from a Food Truck, aka fairly fast serving food! And when we finally got it, it was stone cold!! It must have been done and just sitting there. Like how does that happen? Never knew that a cold grilled cheese can taste like an old shoe- literally feel like I should be refunded considering I didn't get what I have paid for!

I'm giving them a 4 because they had a vegan option and that is hard to find on a food truck. I would have preferred the iguana if the jackfruit chunks were smaller.

Great service and food! The guy honored the free churro at check in even though my phone was having issues. Thanks so much!Jackfruit sandwich was savory and a yummy vegetarian option. Love to see these sorts of menu items offered by food trucks.Hope they visit our work again, will be a repeat customer for sure!

Yum! Now one of my new favorite food trucks. They have an eclectic menu of grilled cheese with extras, wings, salad, and desserts all named after cute lizards (both mythical and real). My first time at the truck and I had Dragon wings garlic honey and a churro stack.The dragon wings ($8 for 6) were so crispy and had a deliciously gooey sauce going on. The wings came with fries so I added parmesan cheese and garlic (50 cents). I was able to dunk my fries into all the extra wing sauce too! Then I finished my meal off with the churro stack. These were churros filled with a caramel cream. The churros were perfectly baked with crisp edges and soft doughy insides. The caramel cream was light and not too sweet (as I had initially feared). I regret sharing the churros.Please come back to the Carlsbad offices soon! I want to try the fancy grilled cheese and dragon droppings (Nutella filled balls) next time!

I love Chameleon Cuisine! I recently had them park at a charity event I was throwing and they were such a hit! When you smell their food truck it is impossible not to want to order everything, and it tastes as good as it smells! Unique items, something for everybody. So glad we were lucky enough to have them at our event. Their team was extremely hospitable and laid back too. I didn't get to try everything but am definitely planning to seek this food truck out in the future for that jackfruit sandwich!
