Chamei Matcha

Had to try the insta famous Croffles at Chamei and they were okay, not that great of the hype that it got. We ordered the half dozen ones with 6 different flavours- got Strawberry and Cream, Oreo Cookie &Cream, Caramel, Black Sesame, Dark chocolate truffle and Ube.Ube, Caramel, Strawberry and Cookies and Cream were my favorite. they had other options like Boba, Smoothies, Softee ice cream and different varieties of tea.The staff weren't that friendly and had a face everytime we had a question, they kept pointing to the screen for us to self order. (Hence 1 star for service)

This place has GONE DOWN HILL! New management, different quality, and it's tasteless! I use to come here almost every week last year and it was one of the best matcha places i've ever had. They have soft serve, matcha lattes, and many other sweet desserts. I finally stepped in after not coming here for over 5 months and wow things have really changed. The service is no longer through a person but through a tablet, and the staff don't even acknowledge your existence. We ordered the normal Strawberry Matcha Latte and there was two guys just gossiping as they made my drink. The drink came out in a plastic cup and it looked unpleasant. They used to have it in a better quality recycling cup with their brand name on the cup and a sip lid. However, it looks like a cup of green juice from a rundown diner. Safe to say, the flavor was awful. It was 95% milk, 4% matcha, and a drip of the strawberry flavoring. We had to dump half of it out because the top tasted legitimately only milk as the strawberry flavor was stuck on the bottom! I wouldn't recommend this place, it really has lost its flavor and uniqueness

This is a very cute little cafe area with sweet treats! There's frappes, milk teas, mini waffles, and regular waffles with toppings. I got a brown sugar milk tea with 100% sweetness, but it was a little watery and not as sweet as I expected. Quick service though when ordering on the kiosk screen.

rating their soft serve only: they ran out of vanilla & chocolate which is quite surprising but they were generous with the portions on the ube and matcha flavor - a lot better than i expected, and i think this is because they ran out of their standard cup size. the texture is quite creamy and thick, and the matcha flavor was very strong. i prefer the ube flavor.overall, somi somi might be better btu this ones not bad either.

Always love making a stop at Chamei Matcha & Loli Waffle whenever I'm at the mall! They have so many great matcha and other desserts options - so come ready to try lots of things. The staff are friendly and ready to help you pick some delightful desserts & drinks to try!It's a spacious shop and great place to make a quick stop or chill & chat with others :)

When Chamei Matcha first opened, it was so busy. I avoided it for a while since it was so busy and I wasn't sure if it was worth the wait and hype for it. I will give this place two separate ratings since we also ordered the Loli Waffle, along with drinks from Chamei Matcha. 3/5 - Chamei MatchaI don't remember exactly what drinks we ordered, but they were not worth getting. The matcha drink I ordered was most definitely matcha, but it was so plain as in you couldn't even tell if there was sugar or anything else in it. I didn't change the ice or sugar in it, and it was so mediocre for how much it cost. 4/5 - Loli Waffle We ordered the Trio Mini Loli since it seemed like the most bang for our buck. It was three flavors for $11 I believe. We got matcha, strawberry & cream, and ube. They were all great. Not too sweet!

Their matcha parfaits are pretty good! Not as good as Nana's green tea, but cheaper than nana's to be fair. The shop also doesn't have the cute ambiance of nanas but it is in a busy mall. The lines can be long and the service ok. I would go back if I was in the area but I wouldn't seek it out of the way.

I have tried their Matcha soft serve. They are above average. Can recommend the soft serve for sure..

We ordered two matcha lattes and they were so bad we threw them away. The matcha powder wasn't even mixed up

This matcha cafe is location inside the mall and it's so aesthetically pleasing! We ordered on the kiosk and a lot of the items were out of stock at the time. Not sure if the ice cream machines were broken but we wanted to try the parfait and soft serve.We ordered the trio mini loli waffles in the flavors ube, matcha cream, strawberries and cream and it did not disappoint. They made it fresh right in front of you and our favorite one was the strawberries and cream. For drinks, we ordered the iced white chocolate matcha latte with boba and the lychee green tea. You can really taste the white chocolate in the matcha and the boba was soft. The lychee green tea was really refreshing. I would recommend trying the loli waffles!
