Ceviche 101

Met up with my wife/her sister for lunch a couple weeks back. I was just slightly rushed re: only had 30-45 minutes for lunch break. No problem; service was fast, friendly, and the food was A, maybe A+ range. Especially their regular ceviche. Wife and sister-in-law had a variety of the tacos; and they were quite pleased with them. Noting, they are Hispanic, so they are pretty discerning on Mexican seafood (as am I). I should add the salsa's and the guacamole were also very good to excellent; purchased some to go for the kids/grand-kids at home.All was great. Picked up a few Mexican sodas for my co-workers, and had a few to-go items for my wife/sister. They really liked it; as did I. Prices were actually pretty reasonable, and I tipped well. Really friendly service, A+. Will be back, most certainly.

Atmosphere, staff, and in general Ceviche 101 was a great spot for lunch. We had some fish tacos, shrimp tacos, gobernador tacos. Gobernador was the best the others pretty good! Wasn't quite what we were expecting by the name of the place.

The place is super clean and the staff were all very nice. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. The restroom was clean and while this place isn't super big it's laid out pretty well. The waters were good, very refreshing. We had both the cucumber and the tamarind both had great flavor. The food all tasted fresh and had great flavor. It all needed a bit of salt but nothing too bad just more of what is your liking. The fish tacos were also very good. Will definitely be back again.

Ceviche was fire. Great flavor balance and a lot of shrimp and crispy vegetable mix in the tostada. Jose and Karla were great hosts; they came to make sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this place.

After my boss had told me she was obsessed with this place I was dying to try it. Their ceviche is so fresh and it tastes amazing. We work right next to it and it's so hard not to come EVERYDAY!! Service is amazing and always so nice, especially Jose! Thank you for your hospitality! Would recommend to anyone wanting to try!

Do not skip this place! I ordered the verde tostada with fish (it's tilapia) and the classic with shrimp. Both were good but the verde was phenomenal and my mouth is still on fire from the Serrano peppers. One tostada order is more than enough for one person... we ordered to go and each of my tostadas came with the ceviche in a bowl and two tostadas on top. My husband got the ahi nachos. The tuna was 10 stars. So delicious. I got a small Jamaica too- it was really good. They have a drive through, we walked in and ordered to go. There was one order in front of us and we waited for quite a bit so I can't imagine waiting in the drive thru. The restaurant was very very clean with cute chairs at each table. Very fresh and delicious.

OMG this place was on the spot. I am glad i came and will not go anywhere else after today. My goal is to try everything on the menu now . Congrats guys you knocked it out the ballpark

Ok I made back again for my usual 3 fish tacos . This time I also got the shrimp cocktail with tortilla chips and tostada chips as well. And definitely don't forget the homemade hot sauce which is literally fire . Maybe you could offer 10 visits you can get a couple of free tacos . See ya soon

I come by almost every Friday to get shrimp cocktail for the family which my brothers likes to eat.The aguas frescas are good too.

Craving FRESH Ceviche? This is the spot! This was my first time here with friends and the manager, Jose was very attentive and helpful. You can't go wrong with their menu. The Works ceviche was top notch, very filling. Also tried the fish and shrimp tacos. But what made everything taste amazing was their house Serrano salsa! Highly recommend!The staff was great and the music was on point, will definitely return for Managers Margaritas.
