Tasty rice noodles that remind me of my childhood. :) The portion was generous. The pickled pepper one was actually spicy (in a good way of course)!

Trying out this new restaurant for the time and I'm pretty impressed. Their tomato noodle soup was super good and so were the appetizers. I'll definitely come back to try the spicy noodle soup next time.

On our walk today, Jon and I went to this new (to us!) place and were so impressed, we wanted to share it with you. They serve large individual pots of rice noodle soup... in the best broth I've ever tasted. I had a plain chicken broth in my Nourishing House Special, and Jon's had a bit more spice and included pickled cabbage. The plain dish I had (I was feeling like comfort more than fiery) was absolutely delicious, and Jon loved his. I will definitely come back before we leave the PNW, and before this place is full to the gills with healthy hipsters. It's going to be a hit.
