CAVA

I love Cava and was excited to go here for a little family dinner. The food here was delicious as usual. However the place was not kept up well and was a little dirty. The bathroom was very filthy and almost made me lose my appetite. The drink station looked like it wasn't cleaned for a while. The pita warmer looked worn and somewhat crusty on the outside. I was surprised because the locations that I've visited are usually well put together. However the food was still delicious. So it wasn't a bad experience all together. Parking is in a lot nearby.

First timer wasnt sure what to expect but my daughter said it was good. Walked in apparently after the dinner rush, it was a little messy and unstocked, no ice or utensils BUT ordering food was GREAT. Clean food area, gave me extra of whatever I asked and explained what was in sauces and mixes. The fella who cashed us out greeted us with a smile, gave us fresh warm pita and when I mentioned unstocked area he immediately stocked it up. Cleaned area and swept the floor. Bathrooms were a little messy but again we came after a crazy rush. My daughter and friend mentioned line is typically out the door when they come earlier.

I came here solely to write about the customer service, which is unmatched... Evangelina helped us and was by far one of the nicest servers I've come across. Instantly became my favorite location and I hope Evangelina gets recognized by management, absolutely great!!!

We ended the weekend with a Cava picnic on the beach! This was my first time at Cava, and I ordered the Crispy Falafel Pita as a bowl. I kept the bowl as is except for the addition of tzatziki and alllll the toppings. Our server was generous with the portions and patiently explained the menu. My bowl was delicious, and tasted really fresh. The falafel was well done, not dry all all (an issue with falafel occasionally!). I would definitely recommend taking your Cava to go and enjoying it on the beach. Now I just need Cava to come to Seattle!

My family and I love Cava but this location could use some improvement during the weekday lunch rush. Portion size is always inconsistent and lines of people queue up by the waiting area for online and delivery service orders. Last time I was there, people waiting for their food were getting clearly frustrated by the process. Parking is good but can get busy during lunchtime as it is in a busy area. One recommendation if not doing a group order- you'll get in and out faster and probably get a better portion size if ordering at the register.

The reason this is not getting 5 stars is mainly due to service. The quick service restaurant is severely understaffed and you can always expect a line around half the restaurant that's going to take at least 10 minutes. This time I decided to order in advance and pick it up. Despite me planning ahead I ended up waiting for my order which was 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up time. Nothing to complain about with the food, it is standard for the other Cava's I have ate at. The place itself is usually clean. Just know if you want to eat here, you need to schedule out a lot of extra time for actually getting your food.

Great food! There's so many choices of healthy options. Very flavorful as well. It's very casual and the services is pretty quick.

Great fresh quality food!I ordered the lemon chicken bowl and added a little extra servings of chicken and the vegetables. This is my second time eating at a CAVA and they did not disappoint. I wish there was one closer to my house in Carmel Mountain in Ranch. Maybe they will open up my locations soon. I love it here!Oh and they also have an outdoor patio where yes you can bring your dogs. Love it!

CAVA is my go-to "fast food," the variety of taste and fresh ingredients is solid for a place like chipotle! I love how they serve pickled onions! This particular location is lovely, staff is super friendly, the line typically does not get that long, even when it is it goes fairly fast. This location is in One Paseo shopping center with lovely outdoor seating, it's also located near some offices so it can get busy around lunch time. CAVA is very clean inside. Not super easy to always get a parking spot in front of CAVA, sometimes you have to go to the parking garage, depending on time of day parking can be hit or miss.

Food is good but portions are smaller compared to the UTC Cava. Asked for some extra rice and payed more?? Not sure if their rents are too high at this place is why they are skimping but if you have an option, go to another Cava.
