Casian King Food Truck

Not bad !!!! I didn't know what to expect given the name. I purposely didn't read any reviews on this Food truck so i could organically form my own opinion on what i was about to taste. So the presentation is kool I guess I mean it's a food truck. Not the prettiest but hey not an absolute mess either. I would have liked a little bit more refinement for the eyes only because the way the Kimchi looked i didn't want to eat it. (Refer to my photo if you want to see how it looked.)Oh for those that haven't seen the photo I got the Beef and rice. The beef tasted so Yummy and was cut perfect in small little pieces not chunks. I definitely enjoyed it because of that. It was flavored well i didn't even need the sauce on the top and I would still avoid the seaweed that's supposed to go on top again. (I don't like Seaweed). I could have eaten just the rice and beef by itself. All in all it was good guys! Yes I'd totally get it again.

One word. Delicious.I've tried kimchi fries at many different places but this was the best I've ever had/tasted. Kimchi taste authentic and isn't store bought. Fries are the thinly sliced kind (my favorite) and was so crispy and delightful. Something about their sauce. Butta sauce! Soooo Good y'all.

Ordered Lobster roll way over priced.That was the negative but the other food hit the mark Korean bbq po boy and garlic crab fries.

I don't know what it is but the food still isn't doing it for me. Ordered the Korean BBQ tacos, Korean BBQ rice combo with kimchi and of course, 3 orders of firecracker shrimp (so that I can have an order all to myself xD).Korean BBQ tacos: (3/5) meat was cold and did not taste freshly cooked. The meat was also finely chopped, so they could have cooked it when ordered. These could be great if freshKorean BBQ rice w/ kimchi: (3/5) same issue with the meat, cold/not freshly cooked. This taste the best when all the ingredients are mixed together, individually-eh

Been here twice and both times were amazing. I got the Korean bbq beef poboy and love that the "poboy" is actually Texas toast and so crunchy and buttery. The meat is well seasoned but a tad dry but it's okay though cuz it still taste good!! Lol. Only thing I didn't like is the cole slaw in the sandwich. Tastes kinda bitter and not as creamy both times. The fries however are always crunchy and seasoned as well and taste good. I just wish they had more items on the menu

Was tired of the mundane food at work so I jumped on UberEats and ordered the Garlic Crab Fries from Casian King Food Truck. After a bit of nervous hesitation (I am not a big seafood eater), I dived right in and was pleasantly surprised. The seasoning and flavors were amazing and there was a lot more crab than I anticipated. After letting a select few coworker grab a fry or two, I had to email the menu to the office. I will definitely be ordering again. i might just have to tackle those kimchi fries.

I came for the lobster po boy, but they're not selling lobster for the time being. Instead I got the kimchi fries with beef. I have to say this one of the top kimchi fries I ever had. It was a unique seaweed seasoning that adds extra flavor to the whole meal. I highly recommend everyone to try it. Very delicious.

I have been following Casian Kings on Instagram since the beginning. As soon as they passed inspection I was eager to try them! It's hard to find them because I work fulltime and the locations are sometimes out of my way. However, last night they came to my area! They were one of the few trucks who came to Sagemont Church for the Freedom Celebration!I ordered the Lobstah Rollboy & Kim Chi Fries. It was the best decision I made all week! They have excellent customer service. Lobstah Rollboy - 5/5, $13Kim Chi Fries - 4/5, $7 : I only give it a 4 because I wish it was spicier. It was still good. I want to try the firecracker shrimp and one of the rice dishes next time.LOVE LOVE LOVE this foodtruck. It is definitely one of my Top 5's!

Lately, I've been digging food trucks especially since it's right outside of my work place. I was hoping to get to try their lobster roll but they didn't have it that day. Bummer! The menu that day was limited to a few items. I went with the Korean BBQ Beef Poboy. It also came with a side of fries. The poboy included toasted bread stuffed with Korean BBQ beef on top of a layer of coleslaw. All of which were drizzled in what seemed to be spicy mayo. The fries were thick and seasoned nicely. A good amount of beef on a well toasted bread and the coleslaw was the perfect balance to the poboy. The overall portion was quite big for me to finish. The food came out pretty fast although I was the first one in line. The guy who took my order and also made the food was friendly. Overall, a quick and easy lunch. However, I'm still bummed out I didn't get to try the lobster roll. Maybe if I can catch them again at another time.

Crab fries 4/5Garlic shrimp 4/5Korean bbq Poboy 4/5Everything was tasty. The fries did had too much mayo imo.
