Cascadia Pizza

Pizza was delicious. The ambiance was perfect. We stopped for a quick bite on our way out of town and wished we had tried Cascadia at the beginning of our trip instead of the end.

We haven't been to the physical restaurant yet, but the Food Truck was in our neighborhood recently, so we gave it a try and WOW! We absolutely loved it! Highly highly recommend the Northwestern and the Wenatchee, which were definitely unique as they both had fruit on them (one had apple slices, the other had pear slices). The balsamic drizzle on both really pulled all the flavors together. Service at the food truck was quick and the pizzas traveled well. They still tasted great by the time we got home and reheated well when we had the leftovers the next day.We would definitely return!

We went there Saturday around 6. We knew it was going to be busy and we were prepared to wait. The receipt said 30 minutes. We waited exactly for one hour for one large pizza, order of wings and an apple pie. Then we got this pathetic excuse for wings...$18 for this and $27 for pizza that was burnt and yet some how soggy on top. We've been here several times with the same results. They do have very good ambiance as it is close to the river, but for the price and quality. I think you can find a better pizza place.

Pizza is delicious. Expensive though. Don't recommend takeout. Being surrounded pizza aroma may improve the experience.

The only thing i liked here was the beautiful scenery! Not only was the food super bland and low quality (no flavor of crust, pepperoni was obviously store brand), I has a $1.29 service fee for... what?The person taking my order was blatantly ignoring me whenever i answered his questions, only listening to my friend. I will NOT be coming back unfortunately.

The ambiance of eating by the river helps this place retain it's rating but the overall price paired with quality of pizza and service makes this a solid 3 star joint. It's a bit expensive for what you get IMHO. Also the pizza game in MV is very strong, we have every kind of pizza there is.We've had pizza from their trailer and from their MV shop and it's ok, it's just expensive for what you get- I don't think it's better than Pizza Hut or Frankies. and isin't MOD wood fired? it's just hard to spend $40 on a big and small pizza.

Cascadia food truck co. BEST SERVICE AND FOOD! Got the pepperoni and offered free cheesy bread! Can't get any better than that!

I wished I had a photo of my pizza. We ordered by the window and picked up the most expensive pizza around. It's not your mamma's for sure. One bite and it will transcend you to another place. The crust is crispy and the most freshest toppings will give your mouth a sensation. I've passed this place many times but stopped on a whim. This was worth every red cent. Sorry no pic, ate too fast..

This pizza is legit.Whenever I try a new pizza joint I go with a pepperoni.Cascadia does not disappoint.Great sauce Great crustGreat cheeseGreat pepperoni Char on the crust is a must.Eat it there fresh and hot if you can.Wings are top notch too.Crispy skin with their dry rub is how I get it with blue cheese.Not cheap but,the quality and taste of the product is worth the money.It's my new pizza joint
