Casa Mia

Decided to go to Casa Mia on a locals recommendation. We went on a Friday and were happy there was no wait. Got our table and we were greeted with menus and asked about drinks. While we waited we looked over the menu. I was told about the potato and truffle pizza. Humm potato's on pizza crust finished with truffle oil. Also with Gorgonzola and Mozzarella cheese. So the server Chris was awesome, he recommended if I get the pizza to add Bacon! He said he tried it and liked it. So what said go for it. We also ordered a calzone. Pizza was awesome as it needs the bacon. The calzone was huge. Both were very good and we had leftovers. The atmosphere is very casual and laid back and not rushed. Chris is awesome! Check this place out as we will be back and next time get the LARGE POTATO & TRUFFLE PIZZA WITH BACON!

Listen, have I had better Italian food than Casa Mia? The answer is yes BUT somehow I keep on coming back! Service is always great, even when they are short staffed. We always order the house side salad with ranch. It's really just lettuce, mozzarella cheese, black olives and drenched in ranch dressing. I honestly order the salad because of the ranch. They used to bring out a garlicky bread before but this time they brought out a basket of knotted bread with Parmesan cheese on it. It wasn't bad but I think it could stay in the oven a little longer. For the main dish my husband always gets the spinach and cheese ravioli and I get the chicken carbonara. They are both delicious. The carbonara is definitely an American style carbonara since it has bacon and comes in a pool of white sauce but it's good. Casa Mia serves tasty Americanized Italian food and I'm not mad at it. Try them, you'll be coming back.

Although the food was good two out of our 10 orders were incorrect. One was sent back to be corrected and they brought back out the exact same WRONG order. I'm not sure what the miscommunication was but it was very frustrating. I gave up and ate it because everyone else in our party had already started in on their dinner. We were double charged for something he said he made 2 of by mistake. That was no big deal but the waiter needs to remember what he is promising the guests. The waiter said good bye to us multiple times like he wanted us to hurry up and leave. Used to love eating at Casa Mia. But they have really changed.

Our favorite pizza, three cheese, chicken large so there's leftovers. It's wonderful. It is not too thick. It is not too thin. It has just the right amount of ingredients on it.4 stars

I regret to say that my recent visit to Casa Mia was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I stepped in, the lackluster ambiance set the tone for what was to come. The service was abysmal; wait staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the diners. It took an eternity just to get our orders taken, and even longer for the food to arrive.Speaking of the food, it was a complete letdown. Everything from the appetizers to the main course was either overcooked, under-seasoned, or just plain bland. It was evident that no care or attention to detail went into the preparation. The menu boasted of culinary delights, but what we received was far from it.To add insult to injury, when we tried to voice our concerns to the manager, we were met with indifference and excuses rather than an apology or any attempt to make things right. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for this establishment.Needless to say, I will not be returning to Casa Mia. With so many other dining options available, there is no reason to subject myself to such subpar service and food quality ever again. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this establishment.

If I could rate in the negatives I would.My experience at Casa Mia was unfortunately overshadowed by a distressing incident in their parking lot. As my car began to falter nearby, I found myself with no choice but to navigate it into their lot to avoid blocking traffic. With each turn of the wheel, the situation grew more dire, until my vehicle finally came to a halt in their parking area, its engine sputtering and failing. Expecting perhaps a shred of sympathy or assistance in my time of need, I was instead met with immediate hostility from the restaurant staff. Before I could even collect my thoughts, they were already threatening to summon a tow truck, their words laced with impatience and disregard for my predicament. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and assure them that I was actively working to resolve it, their stance remained unmoved.As minutes turned into what felt like hours, the tension only escalated. With each passing moment, I felt the weight of their threats pressing down on me, exacerbating an already stressful situation. Even as I managed to maneuver my car into an empty parking space to clear the way, their insistence on calling a tow truck persisted, casting a shadow over what should have been a routine mishap.To compound matters, they dismissed my plight with claims that it was their busiest hour and that there were more than enough parking spaces available, oblivious to the fact that I was actively troubleshooting my vehicle and in need of temporary refuge. As minutes turned into what felt like hours, the tension only escalated. With each passing moment, I felt the weight of their threats pressing down on me, exacerbating an already stressful situation. Even as I managed to maneuver my car into an empty parking space to clear the way, their insistence on calling a tow truck persisted, casting a shadow over what should have been a routine mishap.In the end, it was through sheer determination and resourcefulness that I managed to diagnose and fix the issue myself, sparing myself the indignity of a tow and the accompanying hassle. Yet, the damage had been done. The lack of empathy and understanding from Casa Mia's staff left a lasting impression, tarnishing what could have been an otherwise unremarkable evening. It's disheartening to think that a restaurant with such potential for culinary delights could fall so short in the realm of basic human decency.The cause of my car's failure to operate was a burnt fuse to the fuel pump. As soon as I noticed it I swiftly replaced it and left to never go there again.

Will never return. Walked in for early dinner last Saturday at about 4 PM.We did not have much time so we ordered the minestrone soup & salad, thinking it would not take too much time to serve. We gave our order to Kristina, then the waiting began. After about 20 minutes with no food and no attention, I located Kristina and poltely asked her opinion about went we might expect to receive our food. She appreared defensive and unapologetic.We were told to expect the salad soon but the soup would take more time.The "salad" was nothing more than a plate of lettuce and olives covered with grated cheese. Approximately another 20 minutes past with nothing on our plate except an emply salad plate. No explanation nor apology offered, well beyond the amount of time we allotted to eat our meal and still no soup. Out of patience and time, We went to the register and told Kristina we have to leave so we offerred to pay for the salad. She then attempted to charge us for the soup AND salad although the soup was never served. We eventually resolved the bill dispute, paid for the salad and walked out. For us , the worst part was the uncaring attitude exhibited by both the waitress and the cook who also never apologized nor explained for not serving our soup.

Have never left without taking more than a bite. My mother and I couldn't eat the food. Period.

Super strange people work here. Went in here to wait for my windshield to get fixed. Tried to place a to go order and order a drink. The person taking my order asked me four different times for my order, and then tried me to charge me twice. Then blame me for embarrassing him. Nope. Sorry, son. Customer is always right.Salad had wilty lettuce. Food sucks and service blows chunks.

Not good food. Meatballs were hard, more like the consistency and greasiness of sausage. I had both Alfredo and spaghetti and the sauces had no flavor. The "garlic bread" is basically just toasted french bread with cheese melted on top. Don't waste your money
