Carolina's Mexican food is a great choice if you're in the mood for some classic Mexican cuisine. My daughter and I decided to try their bean burritos. The beans were flavorful, and the burritos were well-made. The portion sizes were generous. The service was a little slow, but overall, the staff was pleasant. We had a positive experience and would definitely consider going back to try more of their menu.

I've been waiting over 45 minutes and still no food. They seem like they only care about the customers. I didn't even order anything special. At least the food is always good. They gotta work in the service cause it's not even busy here.

Carolinas is a family favorite. The original location has some nostalgia because my cousin and I used to ride our bikes to get fresh tortillas for dinner. This location has the same food just not the old building. If you are going the dozen tortillas are the way to go. This visit I had the carna asada burrito and it was very good. You must get the spicy salsa. I recommend the pint so you have left over for the week. The line moves quickly but ordering ahead is always recommended.

This place has really went to hell.. I ordered over $20 for dinner had free chips on the rewards app.. stood at register for 15 minutes for the manager to approve $3.60.. never showed up.. terrible customer service I will never come here again never.. keep my rewards points and take me off your rewards app...

Something has happened here and it's great. Our order was 100% perfect. And my combo #1 was exactly as ordered. Plus, for the first time ever, they wrapped the taco separately instead of setting it on my enchiladas. Everything was hot and delicious. Thank you for making these noticeable changes!!!

We came to this restaurant for lunch with friends who eat here fairly frequently. At this restaurant you order at the counter, and get a number placard. The server brings the food to your table. My husband had the bean and cheese burrito. I ordered a shredded beef taco with rice and beans. The four of us shared chips and two kinds of salsa. We four shared a buttered tortilla. It was a good lunch. They make their own tortillas and they are fresh. Our lunches came in tinfoil dishes suitable for reheating. The only silverware was plastic silverware.You can get a fountain soft drink or a bottled soft drink or bottled water. They do not serve alcohol. The food was good but this is fast food Mexican and lacks the ambiance I prefer in a Mexican restaurant. Carolina's has at least 3 other branches in Maricopa county. The original restaurant was established in 1968. The prices are very reasonable.

Used to be one of our favorite places to go. Fast service, good food, relatively inexpensive. Not anymore. Have waited 45 minutes. Prices are ridiculous. Every one behind us has received their food. Finally asked for a refund. Won't go back.

I was so excited when this location opened. It was clean and the food was quick and hot. I don't know what happened but the last two times I've been in, it was not good. Tonight it took more than 20 minutes for two tacos. It was difficult to find a somewhat clean table despite the restaurant not being busy and the bathroom was filthy. When I asked about my order I was rudely told it wasn't ready. What a disappointment!
