Good food. Regardless of other reviews, the staff is not rude. They should have someone out sweeping the floors and wiping down the tables. I love the tamales. We brought some home as well. .

Love this location. And they added fish tacos!! Wow!! The location so convenient and really open and so chill. We were there on Saturday afternoon. This location has been open 7 years, looks brand new. Had the chicken red chili enchiladas as I always do. Carolina's red enchilada sauce the the best I've ever had. It's a classic Phoenix red, almost gravy, so tasty. Also had the crispy chicken tacos. My pal had the tamales and a couple of fish tacos. Everything awesome. Also first place I've ever seen that has both Coke and Pepsi drinks. They do have other Mexican drinks like Horchata. All was a great experience. Definitely best of Phoenix. Following the great traditions set by their parents and grandparents.

Have always been a fan of Carolina's so I wanted to stop by and try this location as it's now the closest one to me. Went in on a Saturday morning and it wasn't to empty. The lady at the register was really nice as well. The food was so good! It came out so fresh and so delicious! Pretty surprised at the one star reviews because I didn't get that vibe at all. Totally can see myself coming here again! Also the tortillas with butter are so good and was so fresh. Yum!

Jamaica was good. Breakfast came served with shredded lettuce everywhere which was not listed on the menu. Couldn't get it all out, and asked for a replacement. They refused to replace my meal and gave me a refund instead. Will never go back.

Stopped by 9/30/23, a Saturday at 5:20 pm and it's closed. All lights are off and closed sign is up. 2 cars in the parking but everything is closed. Online it says it closes at 6:00 pm. I don't know but it seems as if this location is always closed or closing way earlier than advertised.

I was in Arizona for work and my colleague suggested Carolinas. I am always looking for good Mexican food and was happy that he chose this location. We walked in and saw the amazing operation that they had going on. You order at the counter and then pick it up when it's ready. What really impressed me was all of the activity going on behind the counter. There was an assembly line going on, making different things (meat, tortillas, all of the good stuff). I had the Carne Asada burrito and we split a bag of chips and salsa. The burrito was pretty amazing. Great flavor and you could tell that they made the tortillas in house. My only complaint was the salsa. It was really spicy but that seemed like it was all that it was. I probably should have asked for pico. Overall if I was local, I would come back because of the quality.

Really delicious. Chorizo had the right mix of heat and flavor. The butter tortillas were delicious. The hot sauce was spicy without being ridiculous. Big place.

Food was good and restaurant was clean. Only issue we had was being told that no outside drinks or containers were allowed in restaurant. One of my daughters had a hydroflask with water and we were told she couldn't have it in there so we took it to the car. Very dumb request as it's a 100plus degrees outside and water is not going to stay cold in a regular bottle. Ans no one wants to constantly get up to refill the tiny water cup they offer you. Another customer came in with a hydroflask and she was not told anything about having it in the restaurant. If rules like this are going to be placed then have someone at the entrances to enforces these rules! Don't pick and choose who can or can't bring in outside containers!
