Carnitas Mr. Porky

I WILL FOREVER BE A CUSTOMER AS LONG AS THESE DOORS ARE OPEN. The food is phenomenal, the service is good and friendly, and the atmosphere is causal. It is my go-to for Birria and great agua frescas. I used to live closer so now it's a "treat" if I find myself down there but omg, I was here like three days a week.

Good service and good food. The pork carnitas are awesome. Unfortunately, they don't have Mole, which is on the menu.

Amazing Mexican American breakfast! Huge plate of carnitas with hand made tortillas, nopales, rice, beans and fresh salsa bar for $14.99!!! You can't beat that!! Huge breakfast plates with pancakes, waffles, chorizo, eggs, chilaquiles (rojos o verdes) pick any 3 for $22!! Enough for two meals at least! We love this place and it's a great place for families and kids. Delicious aguas frescas like cucumber lime, horchata, mango, etc. We will definitely be back! Welcome to the neighborhood

This place is sooo good! It used to be located inside the grocery store next to the goodwill but it moved to across the street. I recommend the burrito, it's $15 and huge perfect for 2 people. The horchata is so flavorful as well as it's consome. Super affordable, super flavorful can't recommend it enough.

Excellent food and service. Not happy with $4 charge for water even though we had horchata with meal.

This place is awesome. Friendly staff greets you right when you walk in. Clean open kitchen. Fun pig themed (huge) dining room. Looks like they have table service and to go. Plenty of room for big groups. They offered carnitas everything and carnitas by the pound as well as juices and other items. I ordered a carnitas burrito and a veggie burrito, both were excellent. I ate before I took a pic. Fresh, authentic, best Mexican food in White Center/Burien. Can't wait to try the breakfast.

La bomba! Delicious delicious birria! And I'm sure everything else is equally as good. The prices are right too.

We have missed Mexican breakfast so much!! The rojo chilaquiles are pretty good. I wish the tortillas were a little crunch still but you get such a ginormous portion and the sauce is good. Although a bit pricey. I asked for eggs over hard and they brought me eggs over easy but they checked in to see if they were cooked enough and were happy to take it back and cook them more, so they have relent amazing service!! The carne asada is also perfectly marinated, and my husbnad really liked his huevos rancheros. Of course we had to try the carnitas while there, they tacos are pretty full and the flavors were great! The Horchata doesn't taste homemade but you get your own little carafe and it's still good. The only thing about this place is that the price is a bit steep, but that can't really be helped with the price of things these days. Also, they have a parking lot!

This place confuses me, but I think I am figuring it out...it's Carnitas Mr. Porky AND Birriera Tijuana? Which works for me, but figuring out the menu was slightly difficult because I thought I was walking into a carnitas focused place and both names are now on the new-ish space. To make it weirder, there is only one place to order (in the TB section) even though it looks like there is a counter for the CMP menu in another room. Confusion aside, the carnitas torta was bomb. The life raft sized roll was griddled and crispy on the outside, with flavorful carnitas, beans, avocado and a giant hunk of white cheese inside. It's really two sandwiches. Quesabirria also gigantic (at least 3 meals for me) and stuffed with meat and cheese. Order at the counter and your food will be brought out to you if you dine in their spacious, clean dining room that has a "pig pen" with plastic pigs (both cute and sad if you are eating pork).

I was so excited when this location opened but when I got to finally try it I was disappointed in the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant. This location is both a Mr. Porky and Birrieria Tijuana. We ordered Tacos Blando and Tacos Duro and consume. The meat was dry and the wait time for 5 tacos to go was about 25-30 minutes. The restaurant is very spacious and has lots of potential but about 50% of the tables were left very dirty from previous customers and the restaurant was not busy when I came to place my take out order. I'm not sure if they're managed by the same owner but the Birrieria Tijuana across the street in the Guadalupe Market is so much better. They have efficient service and the food is always delicious.
