Tony and his team are phenomenal! The best Mexican food this side of the mountains. They have a lot of traditional and modern dishes. If you see something in the carniceria that they don't have on the menu they'd experiment and try something out. They also built out a dining area that will be open as a restaurant soon. Lots of space, big TV's and sports playing all the time. Come by yourself and make friends or bring 20 people and have a private spot.

The carnitas is sooooo good. Only available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday but worth the trip!So sorry for Chris U.'s experience. Our cashier was friendly, helpful, and not stupid.

I always take my dad here to buy menudo to make at home. We come from Seattle everytime to Everett. Even though there is a Renton location, he wants to come to this location. Their carniceria has a great selection from meats, chicken, lengua, and menudo. Better than other carnicerias.BUT YESTERDAY ONE OF THE CASHIERS TOLD MY THREE YEAR OLD WHO WAS CRYING TO SHUT UP AND STOP CRYING. I'm lost for words. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked out telling them how I didn't think that was rude, instead incredibly disrespectful. The rude cashier and the other standing there both said nothing. Great quality items, but poor service.

Funny how all the reviews says friendly staff but the cashier was a total bitch and gave us attitude and packed fragile groceries underneath heavy groceries in the same bag so all the shit we bought mostly got crushed and won't give us another bag. I bet you all these reviews are either close friends of the owner or paid reviews. PLUS most of the products don't have a price so they can sell it to you for whatever price they want which is ILLEGAL. I'm not done with you yet.

I was very disappointed. Their products were past the expiration dates, the dried chilies were actually moldy and we saw milk cartons just hanging out on a cart in the aisle. i did find some items that I was looking for but had to really inspect them. i will try them again on my next visit to Everett, to see if things have changed.

Great meat selection, great prices and friendly staff. This place is amazing. I got the carne asada and the chicken in white marinade and my family crushed dinner. So happy to have found this spot!
