Went to your Carl's Jr.on 35th St and Bell Phoenix Az today and had the best service EVER! Your manager Jesus was making sure the front counter and drive thru was working efficently and fast! He was so super helpful and explained your specials to us. His recommendations were spot on and great! The staff and Jesus represented your company to the 9's! Great employees and great food today! Thank you staff for being there on a holiday and having great smiles and great service!

Just okay. Not huge fast food fans but when you need a late night burger it does the job. Funny how even when no one is behind you they make you pull around for 1 burger. The parking lot had questionable safety concerns hanging around which was uncomfortable.

Piss poor service and keep messing up orders they have a new A.I like Alexa or Siri and it's ridiculous this is the third time I have complained where they want me to pay extra money for something they messed up on and they wanted to take money out for when I wanted a refund this place is absolutely absurd and don't recommend to order thru person and drive thru DONT GO THERE

The service was fast and the food was hot! The French fries were delicious but my chicken sandwich was not worth taking a picture, I asked for no tomato so I get a chicken patty that's all wonky and dry with pickles.. not I had in mind but I can't complain I never really liked Carl's Jr. so it met my standards.

Zero lack of effort in appearance and making food with any kind of quality. What I ordered and what I got didn't resemble each other the slightest bit. I can't believe I paid for this food. Since my order was a to go order I didn't know what I had received or so would have returned it right there

No drive thru staff. Were out back getting high i guessWill not be coming back ever again

It's a woke company their dining room is closed.... Drive-through service is extremely slow.... Open up the dining room!!!!

What is the point of a drive-through if you just use it to take peoples money and then make them go sit in the parking lot? I see your whole corporation provides horrible customer service which is why they deleted the phone number so they just simply don't have to deal with customers. Corporate must like to receive your fraudulent report on your ticket times as they made it even harder for customers to refute that. This will be the last time I visit anything associated with the brand.

The food was amazing and crispy and well seasoned. My whole family got the right food and loved it. It smelt amazing and was just an over all great experienc. also I love those jalapeño poppers and the chickens. The service was great the people were so nice a patient. It looked and felt great. 5 stars no regrets.

Messed up my order. It wasn't want I ordered. I didn't get it, I'm not driving back for them to replace it. Tried calling the business to ask them to make it right, but nobody even answered the phone. I called 5 times. Just moved into the area and was looking for a good late night spot. This isn't it.
