Well the results are in. I haven't eaten at Carl's Jr for about 10 years, now I remember why. The only part of the angus famous star burger that had flavor was the lettuce. The burger patty was flavorless and stale tasting, the fry's had a strange taste and were over salted. The soda I got was bargs root beer with light ice. After I got out of the parking lot I took a quick drink, it was flat and tasted like it came out of a 3 week old 2 liter bottle, stale and flat. The service was good but needs better training. When placing a burger in a box in a bag put it in the bag flat not on its side, all the moisture from the inside of the box leaked out soaked through the bag and onto my car seat. I guess that's why I didn't return to Carl's Jr for 10 years, and will never return again. Sorry I can't give you anything less than 1 star because it would have been -100 stars.

I went to the drive-through after 9 o'clock on a Tuesday night and the service was quick and I enjoyed the food. Although Carl's Jr. is Hardee's on the East Coast they are not the same! The Southwest grilled chicken sandwich is only available on the West Coast and I think it's the best thing they have. Love going here when I am in the Phoenix area.

My step son was told by a male worker without a uniform to order at the drive thru and he did order a number 3. My step son was on foot and paid just a little over 12 dollars. He waited 40 minutes where the worker told him to wait and then finally got his food and the worker said he was sorry but he forgot about him and his order. He then forgot to give him his drink. We finally showed up in a car to get him to the drive thru window in a car to get to the bottom of what was going down. We get to the order section and no one answered. We get to the window and no one is there or anywhere near. I get out the car and open the drive thru window to see if someone can hear us cause we are pretty upset and want a refund at this time even though all my stepson wanted was his drink. A guy finally comes out in a black hoody without a uniform with a whole lot of attitude and looking like we are bothering him by being customers. My step son tells him you forgot my drink and that he wants a receipt so we can leave a survey. He says he doesn't know how to print a receipt even though he was one of the last two people to order. He hands him the drink and as we are leaving we see a lady in uniform come out from the back and my girl gets upset cause she thinks maybe they were having sex and that's why they made my step son wait so long and it would explain why the guy didn't have his uniform on and why he was so upset when we came to the window. We went back around and asked the guy for the receipt again and he said the same thing again. I asked him to let me speak to the lady we just seen and he said she didn't speak English. I said that's okay I speak Spanish to. I spoke to the lady and she apologized after I explained the situation and told me she is alone in the back and is busy washing all the dishes. The guy Is the one that's suppose to be taking orders but instead he's busy getting high on drugs. This is what the lady workers told me. I told her I was going to leave a survey and she told me she wanted me to and she insisted I let you guys know that that guy is doing drugs, check your cameras. March 6th 2023 from 9:10pm to 9:50pm at Carl's jr. your location in southern and Longmore. Get that guy fired ASAP! Someone look into this please! She gave me a random recipe on the floor cause she also said she didn't know how to print the receipt after the fact either. We are outraged!!

Horrible service. The guy working the drive thru couldn't hear me, and i was speaking loud. The place was not busy at all, yet they still got our order wrong and the food was put together very sloppy. We asked for no mayo on one of the sandwiches, they put EXTRA mayo on it. We didn't even eat our food just threw it away. What a waste of $.

Just waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for one meal. Asked for a manager and they said there wasn't one there. Girl at the drive thru said "There's only 2 of us. I'm just doing my job." It's ONE meal. Shouldn't take 15-20mins for one meal. The lady was a complete snob the whole time as well. 6/2/2024 3:00PM fire that unprofessional little girl and review your training as well as your footage to see whatever they were doing in the back.

Basically every time you go to the drive through they ask you to either park in the front or back up in the drive through while you wait for your food. I've known other fast food places do this as a way to make the restaurant have better looking numbers. It's untruthful and annoying for the customer. Not to mention unsafe. One person forgets they're in reverse and now there's an accident in the drive through. If you ask them why they have you park or reverse, they can't answer the question. What they do start doing is blaming the cook or other customers for the delay. If this happened once in a while I could understand, but they have me do this almost every single time I come here.
