((( HUGE ))) SHOUT OUT- to Carl's Jr. in Lakewood for Tevin B's excellent customer service and for their thinking out of the box to complete my order in a timely manner. I work the 4am-1pm shift and sometimes it can be challenging to get food in the morning for my lunch, I don't always want breakfast & most restaurants don't open or serve other options at 8am. Carl's Jr. offers their complete menu, so I have plenty of options. However the food is only as good as the staff working to make and serve it, and today was awesome! Tevin greeted me at the window with fast friendly conversation which really helps in our current world surrounded by masks. I had ordered biscuits & gravy and while they didn't have their standard gravy containers in stock they quickly put the gravy into a coffee cup and packed it up for me. The biscuits were light, soft and very homemade like- my southern grandmother would have been fooled. I really appreciate the effort made by this crew, because it really made my morning. Thank you!!

I gave them a solid 3 because my son and his father said their food was okay. We went through the drive thru and order a cheeseburger kids meal and some type of cheeseburger meal. I like how their kids meals come. It was fun for my son. Now on to his dads food. He ordered a medium and the size medium fries came in a paper bag and was equivalent to the size of a jr fry at Wendy's. That was disappointing because you obviously pay extra for a medium sized fry and drink. I don't think we will be back.

Cali at the Fredrickson,WA store was super sweet and helpful while our kids made their selections. The food was prepared fresh and out order came out correct.

I don't typically eat fast food but today I made an exception . anyways it's not really a review about the food , the food was decent I can't complain but the young gentleman that worked there named "Rafa" was awesome ! super nice and friendly easy to talk to and very accommodating! keep the good vibes up

Everything was great! Super clean, very friendly customer service, burgers even looked just like the picture!

I don't even know where to start, like I guess it's whatever but I had a kids meal and the meal didn't come with the sauce I asked for nor the drink. I didn't realized until I got home so that was on me I guess but they've should've never forgot the drink I asked for in the meal including the sauce. And then I had hamburger with no pickles I asked but mines had pickles in it. Disappointed

Sent my son to Carls Jr for the first time in 5 years since the last time I ate there became very sick. ...and their food is as bad as it was then. Ordered a guacamole bacon angus burger. Since we have allergies burger was special order - No Santa Fe Sauce, no tomatoes, no onions, guacamole on the side. Received sandwich cold meat with everything on it except the guacamole which I didn't get on the side or anywhere. My son had to wait 15 minutes more for this messed up sandwich. Never again...done with Carls Jr (nasty cold food). A burger for my garbage disposal and no need to call since they don't answer their phone

Carl's Jr. you fucking with me right . all they offered was to add milk. A HALF EMPTY SHAKE

Please make a zero star rating possible! Service was so bad the manager/GM tried to give me her snap chat. How unprofessional is that!? Come on, get real. Seems like they are more concerned with promoting their social media than doing their jobs.

I feel very appreciated at this store highly recommended curtious polite people very clean place. Careing staff.
