I would say it was quite decent. The food was quality. The meat seemed as if it was real. That was my biggest problem with most of these places they've decided to use that 3D printer food I'm sorry, but I'm human and I still eat real food AnyWho, the prices are a little much, but the quality of food is good

JADEN got aggressive and began arguing with me while I exited the store. To avoid a physical altercation, I began recording a video at which point he stopped and turned around. The girl with all the tattoos was zero help in de-escalation. She also allowed him to heckle me over the phone when I called to report my missing item. Completely unprofessional, and I will never be back. The girl covered with tattoos also said she gave me all my items, but she wasflat out lying. I spent nearly $40 and was treated like garbage because I told them my order was short. Worst part, the girl allegedly double checked my bags before i left and assured me I wasn't missing any items. This site definitely needs a real manager on site. Fast food employees be actin out here. Carls Jr, now that you're aware of the type of employees you've hired...know that you will be responsible when Jaden does something crazy. Ignorant af.

Poor service horrible management ignores customers. My 7 year old niece needed to use the restroom the manager would not provide us with the restroom code. We had to go down the street for her. There was a lady in front of me in line that had been waiting for assistance for 10 minutes. She told me the workers have just been walking by ignoring her but looking at her.
