The staff is not friendly, the food takes forever to come out.. BUT THE JERK PASTA IS THE BEST THING YOU HAVE EVER EATEN. Order it 30 mins ahead, pick it up, go home and eat, be happy.

Great little spot, smelled good when I walked through the door...plenty of parking, great location...close to Old Town Scottsdale, lots of tables, good R & B music, very clean, first class customer service with a smile & kindness, thank you Sheena for taking great care of us & recommending good dishes from your menu. Food was good, authentic, just enough spice & flavor. It's a must try experience.I will definitely go back to try a few more dishes. Enjoy!!!

We were looking for a Jamaica in Scottsdale Arizona, we came across The Caribbean Palm. The service was ok, as there was only one person working when we got there at 11am. I ordered the specials jerk chicken and jerk fish taco, which was just ok. My friend ordered the oxtail and rice and peas and was very flavorful and very tender. The restaurant is rather big and and it was clean.

I've only eaten in the restaurant a handful of times. 5-6. I've picked up meals to serve guests ranging from 3-10. They are spot on with the cuisine prep, flavor and size of the dish. I enjoy having a good jamacian soft drink or rum while I wait at the bar joking in conversation with the staff. Great place. Always quiet.

Very authentic and delicious! A nice change of pace. And try the ginger beer. Just yum!

I eat there 2-3 times a week. The servers got a little attitude but the food will make you forget. Taste like your auntie made

Amazing food which I got from Uber Eats! (Shoutout to Carlita for the fast delivery) Jerk Chicken plate with two sides - perfectly spiced just the way I like it and the sauce went perfectly with the rice and peas. Plaintains we're excellent as well. Chicken was moist and full of that delicious jerk seasoning. Fried tilapia plate - Tasty breaded filet of tilapia with a sweet and spicy sauce! Comes with rice and peas and a salad and wifey loves it.Beef Pattie - like an empanada but better! Full of tasty ground beef and a light pastry outside. I'd eat one of these everyday for lunch! It's clear the food is made with a lotta love here! I really wanna visit in person and have more asap. Really appreciate that they don't tone down the spice and flavor here as well. I wish the owners would adopt me!

Quiet place. I visited with family for dinner on a Wednesday night. No one was seated during the entire time we were there. There were a handful of takeout orders but we were the only seated party.The food is incredible! Authentic Caribbean food. I ordered the jerk shrimp plate and it was fantastic. Everyone in my party was more than satisfied with their plates and the service. I would definitely recommend!

I came here after sampling another Jamaican place in the valley and this one was near work. Went for lunch and honestly it's only ok. The place was empty and not particularly inviting though the decor was alright. Goat was good, but overpriced for the portion.
