Visited Capitol Hill Food Hall and was impressed with the diverse food options. The service was prompt, and the ambiance had a vibrant energy. From flavorful bites to a variety of cuisines, the food selection catered to different tastes. A great spot for a casual meal with friends or family.

What a terrible experience to be had....While I was grabbing a coffee, I look over and see my mom on the floor wiping her bag. Someone had very poorly stacked a pallet in there with light items on the bottom and their industrial sized ranch on the top. My mom was about 6-8 feet away reading a menu and it splattered allllllll over her bag....Did anyone here offer to help her? Nope!When we asked for a warm wet rag.... Nope! It took a gentleman and me very forcefully asking for a wet rag for it to be a thing.... They just shoved past her with their clean up bucket to get the floor clean and stare at her as she is trying to get this disaster and smell off her bag! NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE OFFERED HELP OR APOLOGIZED! I'm my 10 years of customer service experience, I have never seen so many uncaring people in my life. What's even more annoying is there is no direct contact to the owner/operator of this company!!!

I love the cute little ambiance of this area - it does feel just like cap hill. I just wish the food was represented better for Seattle!

True burger - I ordered the footlong chili dog. I got two normal sized dogs on a long bun, the dogs were overlapped in the bun. It was hilarious. How do people eat that? I pulled one of the dogs off and ate just one. My husband got the chicken tenders, he said they taste way better than they look. He said the breading is delicious! It's decent food. Just remember you're getting food from the airport. Set realistic expectations and you won't be disappointed.

It looks good and has a great environment, and looks like it will have good food until you get down to the details. I ordered the prime rib melt, which in the plasticty-looking sample, looked like it might be OK. After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, I placed the order at one area, and was told to pick it up at another. Total cost for the sandwich and a diet Pepsi was just over $21. The sandwich was wrapped when I picked it up, so I said thank you and went to find a place to sit down. It was busy, but I was surprised none of the tables or counters has outlets. Not a deal-breaker, but I really needed to charge my phone. I found a nice counter area, opened my sandwich, took one bite, and my senses were caught off guard. The prime rib wasn't sliced like the sample, but chucks you would put in stew and THEY WERE COLD! Not sure how they got melted cheese on cold meat. The mayonnaise was always funny, then I realized it was hot! I looked for the cheese, and what was there was melted onto the cold melt chunks. But some of the meat was warm, so I'm not sure how they achieved heating only some of the meat, but it didn't taste good. I look to see if I could take it back, but the line was again long, and I didn't feel like butting in front of others to complain nor did I have time to wait for another one, or for them to fix the one I had, so I tossed it and went somewhere else where they had grab and go. I was super disappointed.

Needed some lunch after a long international flight and this was the first place we ran into so decided to stop inside. It's located near the S and A gates from what I remember. There's plenty of options here, such as soups, sandwiches, and burgers.I went with the bacon cheeseburger and fries. Pricewise, it's kind of expensive (~$15) but I guess that's standard for airport food pricing. The portions were really big however, the burger and fries were really filling I didn't even finish my food haha. Definitely had to put my own salt and pepper on the fries for flavoring, but the burger was pretty tasty! My order was also completed pretty quickly for a moderately busy day. Considering the context, this is a pretty decent lunch spot if you need to find food at SeaTac.

If your flight lands after 8 PM good luck finding decent food options. When you are flying all day and stuck in the airport for a long layover between flights this is very disappointing.

We were limited on options waiting for our flight. We needed coffee and food. It's a nice food court, but the prices and wait times need improvement. There were plenty of tables available when we went in the morning.

I recently tried dining at Capital Hill Food Hall since we wanted something quick and easy as our layover wasn't very long .The selection of vendors within the food hall is good , catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. From artisanal pizzas to exotic international cuisine, there's something to satisfy every palate. The communal seating adds a sociable touch, creating an inviting space to enjoy a meal. We changed our plans from take-away to sitting and eating it because of that .There are many vending stations as well for drinks , fruits and small snacks .There are kiosks to facilitate the transaction and as a result there is hardly any waiting .

This place has a lot of variety to order different items. Hot, cold, ready made, made to order, etc. You can order at the self serve kiosks. There is plenty of seating and large windows. I only ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was pretty decent but nothing so special. I think this is a good item to have in the airport that offers a lot of items all in one location.
