Can't Believe It's Not Meat

I came here to try the vegan sandwiches. I got a vegan chicken sandwich and my husband got a Philly steak sandwich; both came with fries; we also got a strawberry lemonade. We both enjoyed our food a lot. It's almost too realistic for my taste! There is some indoor seating. Inside it is very clean and fine. The service is good; the girl who took our order was friendly and helpful! I would definitely return to try some other vegan options.

I'm new to the vegan diet and was told about this place so went for lunch. Thought I just be simple and get burger and fries. The Big Mik was ok, seasoned very well and didn't taste like the other meatless burgers you get from the grocery store but it didn't have any bite to it and was a little too soft for me.The service was excellent, was offered the menu and given time to look over it.The Ambiance was wonderful, decor and background music set the vibe. Definitely will go back to try more.

Buffalo chik'n wrap ordered.Fast service! Nice causal sit down area. I don't know what kind of plant-based protein is used but this was soggy no crispy in the buffalo wrap.Other menu items look good. $19 total for a wrap sandwich is getting up there but then again a jimmy John's sandwich same size is also $19... #sandwichflation

Food is good, but expect a wait for food pickup at times. There isn't a real waiting area, other than right in front of the doorway.

I recently visited Can't Believe It's Not Meat and tried the Turkey Club sandwich and the Philly Cheesesteak. Both were absolutely delicious and exceeded my expectations! The flavors were spot-on, and the texture was just right. However, I was a bit disappointed with the fries. I was expecting the kind with a crunchy outside, but they turned out to be different and unfortunately became cold rather quickly. Despite that, I still had a great experience and would rate it a solid 4.5 out of 5. I'll definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu! Also, very kind front of house staff!

Good spot for vegetarian food that emulate its respective meat versions! I thought the food was pretty tasty overall and they had a good amount of items on their menu, which allowed a lot of choices. I ordered a few different items to give them a try, and I thought the emulation was very well in terms of texture, which was the biggest strength of the food here, too.In terms of taste, it was slightly plain. Maybe because it was missing some seasoning, some of the items tasted mostly like the vegetables that came with the emulated meat. However, that only applied to some items. The Cali BBQ Chik'in Pizza and the Big Mik Burger were both good!I would most definitely visit this place again knowing how vegan-friendly it is. I like the fact that the restaurant sticks to the most common items seen in North American culture like burgers, pizzas, po boys and things like such. It wouldn't be a place that I would go for cultural food, though, which was okay.

If you are vegan (or not) you won't believe its not "meat"! The food here is delicious.We had a "cheesesteak" and a "gyro" both are served on a bed of nicely seasoned fries. The gyro is served on fresh pita and has a nice herb palette featuring a rosemary pop. Just like a gyro should. The cheesesteak is not the traditional phillie style you may be expecting. This one has lettuce and tomatoes on it. If you are a purist, they will special order those veggies off. But its all very good in any case.If you are looking for vegan comfort food and a big rich menu, then you are home. Highly recommend.

Friendly service. Laid back counter service vibe. Extensive menu with all of the fast food favorites just vegan/vegetarian. (Mexican, chicken, burgers and sandwiches, pizza, seafood). Everything we tried was perfectly seasoned, cooked well and delicious. Their housemade lemonades are delicious as well. A definite must try if you're a vegan/vegetarian/plant-based in Chicago area. Plus reasonable prices

I came here in the evening for a birthday treat. Shantasia L. had Great Customer Service! I felt so special like wow birthday love, decided to stay eat and music was vibing! The food and dessert was fresh great. I always get their Cookie Monster Shakes.

Would give 5 stars but whatever new seasoning you've started using on the fries is full of chemicals. Ive been coming for 2 years. Today ordered sandwich with fries. The seasoning was dangerously full of chemicals. Never had this experience before. Please go back to old seasoning!!
