Campo Italian Bistro & Bar

This is a 5 Star restaurant!!! We have been trying so many Italian restaurants all over the valley and nothing compares to this restaurant!!!!Atmosphere is 10/10 Service 20/10- chefs kiss !! Molly was amazing!! She was the only server on shift and had multiple busy tables and did amazing!! She kept the drinks coming and was very sweet!! Emory was constantly cleaning and clearly tables & grabbing empty dishes and drinks and was very kind and friendly!Food was very delicious, hot and fresh and flavorful! We got the Pepe pasta and the chicken parm & I forgot the Italian term for the appetizer but it was bread and sauce and it was so yummy!! The Pepe w/ added chicken- was beyond flavorful and filling and the chicken parm was so tender and crispy/fried just enough!! We will definitely be back with friends !!

Excellent experience at Campo!First, the restaurant is decorated very nice with a beautiful outdoor patio and large bar. Our server was always nearby and we were never left waiting for anything. We received our drinks right away as well as our appetizer. We chose the Burrata salad as an appetizer and it was not only delicious but a beautiful plate. The menu has a nice selection and since it was our first time dining at Campo we decided to go classic Italian. We ordered the Bolognese Lasagna and Chicken Parmesan. Both dishes were excellent.The portions were nice without being too large or small. The Chicken Parmesan had a nice twist by serving a side of white sauce and gemelli pasta. We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and the restaurants ambiance. If you haven't tried Campo please give it a try.

Impeccable night out at Campo! Great area, very open and surrounding businesses and easy parking which I love! Tried a lot of options on their menu, some of my favorite being the prosciutto pizza, the brussels sprout salad, the salmon, the short rib, the shrimp scampi, and the olives were my favorite. To top it off their tiramisu and olive oil cake were delicious!Service was great as well and love their story of how they started.Can't wait to bring my dad here when he's in town, he's a big Italian food guy

Came here towards the end of happy hour on a Monday! Was definitely hungry, so I ordered the onion dip and cacio e pepe pizza (added prosciutto) to go along with my cocktail (lime in the coconut). Overall, my drink was smooth and creamy, and the food was tasty! Only comment would be that the chips that came with the onion dip were a little more on the chewy side rather than crispy. I worked on my laptop while I ate (they have WiFi), and Molly was an amazing, attentive server. Will definitely go back to check out their other deals!

Very spot spot with indoor & out door seating! The atmosphere is vibey and the decor is chic! They have happy hour until 6 with a few cocktails, beers, wines and appetizers.The service was awesome! Very attentive and made recommendations.For appetizer, we had the whipped eggplant. It was good but didn't have much flavor. For entrees, we had two different chicken dishes that were unique. The chicken parm came with noodles in a white sauce.It gets very crowded so I highly recommend making a reservation! The food was good but a bit too pricey for the quality.

We returned here. The Bucantini pasta was one of thr best dishes I have ever eaten. The bartender recommended the basalmic onion dip which was insanely good...... Awesome place.

We arrived right after open (3pm) on a Sunday and were seated right away. Very nice, quiet bistro setup with many tables. Though it never got busy, service was slightly on the slower side. Not such a big deal as we weren't in a rush.We originally chose Campo because we saw they had ricotta gnocchi with sweet potato purée, unfortunately after arriving we learned that it was just recently taken off the menu. Our definite entree was the cacio e Pepe, we also settled on the fettuccine with pesto and an Italian meats pizza. The pasta is the real standout. Perfectly al dente. The cacio e Pepe was nice and creamy and perfect for my wife who doesn't enjoy too much pepper. The fettuccine was a spur of the moment choice and though I really enjoyed the freshness of the pesto and zucchini, my wife wasn't as much a fan. We both agreed the pizza was good, but not great. The focaccia was a great start, nice and crisp while also soft in the center, with a really yummy, creamy marinara dip. We ended with a couple desserts. The citrus olive oil cake was bright and not too sweet, while the chocolate budino was like a nice thick dark chocolate pudding. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal. Sorry we missed out on the gnocchi, but I would definitely recommend the cacio e Pepe and we'll likely return for another taste

Pro-tip: Expect to dine awhile because this was some of the slowest service I've had in a long time. Questionable if it's worth $55 for spring 2023 restaurant week, but alright for happy hour. Highlights: Really great food and flavors. Top items were the seafood risotto, Spanish octopus, and margarita pizza but I did enjoy almost every dish we had. My favorite dessert was the chocolate boudino which our server gave us for free for my friends birthday celebration. The restaurant vibe is great with trendy decor and good ambience.Lowlights: While the servers were incredibly friendly and charming, the food was coming out super slow and also oddly timed. We ordered happy hour appetizers, a salad, and the three course restaurant week meal and somehow our salad came after we finished our entrees even though we followed up on it several times. We ordered the wagyu striploin medium rare and it was insanely red and we had to send it back TWICE and each time it look longer and longer to come out. I hate their style of tiramisu which is 95% cream with one lady finger.

Food was great, ambiance was top and they have awesome deals! I got the Pasta Gemelli.
