I've lived on the island a little over 5 years, and this is one place I never tire of. There is always something new to see in the shop, I'm addicted to the Brazilian Dark Roast - grind the beans at home each morning. and the bakery items rarely disappoint.

Time for a review update and let me tell you, the cinnamon rolls still blow me away! This time I was able to capture a pic of the infamous cinnamon roll before gobbling it up (minus the two bites already taken in the photo). These are my absolute favorite cinnamon rolls, ever! They're so delicious, with a yummy cream cheese vanilla frosting. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and purchasing more cinnamon rolls - ha!

Highest quality coffee. Literally the only coffee that doesn't give me massive anxiety. My nutritionist told me about this brand. She explained some thing about how this company processes their coffee beans in a different way, and they are mold, free, unlike most coffee that contains mold. I can tell the difference.

A proper light roast is hard to come by in the PNW, but CICR does it right.Great people, great coffee.

Highly recommended. We coffee lovers crave excellence, that pure, easy on the palate mixture of subtle influences from the soil that suggest the complexity of the 1,000 organic compounds that makeup a strain of this magnificent equatorial bean that has smitten millions over the millennia. Yet we don't know how to find great tasting coffee. As luck would have it, the local Convention and Visitors Bureau rep. suggested this place. Once I found out their Papua New Guinea medium roast bean is the old Jamaican Blue Mountain bean transplanted to Papua New Guinea, I had to try a cup -- black. One taste is all it took. I was hooked. The rest is history. Now I have shipments of Camano Island Coffee Roasters coffee sent to me every 8-weeks. My favorites and the Papua New Guinea Medium Roast and Columbian Reserve. But I've also tried the Ethiopian, Brazilian, Honduras and other blends. They're all good and, best of all, the beans are sent to you the day they are roasted. If you don't have a great coffee brewer here's a tip from Jeff Erickson, owner of establishment. His tests reveal a simple conical pyrex type recepticle with a convex receiver using brown filter paper makes the best coffee. Brown paper is preferred because it doesn't contain bleach that will leach into the coffee. It's easy to go online and order. Just go to https://camanoislandcoffee.com, set up an account, shop, and you're good to go.

Great coffee and the best freshly baked pastries! My favorite is the almond croissant for sweet and the bacon & cheese biscuit for savory!

This review is for the small Camano Island coffee shop that's attached to the Camano Island Marketplace. The gal who helped me today was so nice and caring. She also made a killer macadamia nut and vanilla latte that wasn't too sweet nor overpowered the coffee flavor. and I was happy to learn that your drink is half off if you buy a bag of beans, which I was planning to do anyways . I enjoyed the varietal blend in my drink and I am excited to try the New Guinea beans I've read so much about at home. I'm looking forward to checking out the Roasterie my next visit

I hate to give this place one star but unfortunately I am hugely disappointed with there customer service. I've been a coffee club member for years, and the coffee is not inexpensive! I recently had an issue where I got a bad batch of coffee. I had to play a little bit like Sherlock Holmes because I was getting super sick every time I would drink it. At first I thought it was the coffee creamer so I eliminated that. Then I cleaned my coffee maker with vinegar and bought a new coffee maker yet I still have the issue. I eliminated everything I possibly could and then I changed the coffee no issue! So I called Camino Island customer service and spoke to somebody who wasn't very friendly and was kind of sassy. She told me she didn't want to send me out new coffee and tell she could figure out what Bacha came from and that she would call me in a couple of days. I have yet to receive a call back. and when I called today and spoke to someone about canceling my membership and when she asked why she basically didn't have much to say and canceled my membership. I guess they are doing much better because it doesn't seem like they care about me being a customer!

One of our favorites on Camano. Their coffee is amazing and their bakery items can't be beat. Our family favs are the cinnamon roll, almond croissant and chocolate croissant. If you visit Camano make sure to stop in. They also have a cute gift shop and local art.
