First of all. I've been to soooo many spots for their hash brown breakfast burrito specifically and NONE of them beats this place!!! My husband and I are regulars and absolutely adore the hashbrown breakfast burrito with the red sauce, the ratio between the bacon, eggs, hashbrown, sausage, cheese is literally PERFECT. Their red sauce has a kick to it and it's so aromatic literally magic when combined with the hashbrown breakfast burrito. If I was on my dead bed I would ask for this. Also the drive tru guy and night is so nice and I usually call in advance just cause they make them fresh and takes a little bit!

Says on the menu 5 rolled tacos comes with sour cream, guacamole, salsa- well apparently when you get the 5 rolled potato tacos they do not put guacamole on them - WTH .. when I told the cashier, they forgot my guacamole, she said it does not come on the potato five roll tacos - I said that's why I ordered five so I could get the guacamole like it stays on the menu . She then changed me $6for a side.. The vegetarian option should 100% come with guacamole on them - on the menu it does not say that only chicken or beef get guacamole- it says on menus if you order the 5 rolled tacos any choice comes with guacamole/cheese/lettuce and pico!!! Nowhere on it Does it state you only get those toppings if you order the meat ones ... Talk about false advertising.Just another way to screw over vegetarians - Will not be coming back. Charged me $6 to add a small scoop of guacamole to add to my potato tacos/ I ordered the 5 rolled tacos - No where does it say it doesn't come with the potato rolled tacos !!! Was Absolutely ridiculous to open up my food and find my order missing guacamole and then to be charged six dollars for a small side.

Had a bad experience at the drive thru. Young employee needs to find a new job because he just does not care at all. Terrible attitude and body language and he's only there for the money. I had to remind him of my change. No customer service whatsoever and i see him just eating while working. I also asked for just green salsa and he only gave 1and 3 red sauces. Absolutely never coming back if that terrible employee is still there.

This place can be utterly terrible with service. I don't understand why they can't hire some people with some basic customer service experience. The young guys there today were swearing non-stop in clear earshot of the drive through. I was given a pittance of salsa from what I asked. If you're gonna be stingy on salsa offer to charge me for more at least. Don't just pretend to put in what I asked for. And even worse they hand you the bag tilted so the juice in the plate runs out into the bag making a mess. Hire better people, pay more if needed. It's a shame.

I went into eat. Customer service was great. Building is kinda shot out, but the food is smacking with flavor. Felt like a small family restaurant. Hash brown burrito. Bathroom was a little rough. They have a nice view off the back. Get rid of the drive thru throw a deck in the back. I'm glad with experience.

This place has gone down hill SO BAD. HORRIBLE customer service . The young guy they have at the drive through always gets the orders wrong and then when you tell him at the window after checking your order he says you never ordered what you said you ordered . Tonight was the second time that happened . I was pretty upset especially after a $60 order , I did not receive what I ordered . I got down and went to the front counter , the kid had a huge attitude and was cocky and didn't offer to fix the issue, he kept saying and arguing I didn't order what I said I did. I'm not coming here again, the customer service is horrible. I requested a refund and he said he couldn't do that. He was plainly a JERK and said I can come back in the morning unbelievable. Been coming here 5 years. Definitely taking my business elsewhere , seems as time passes the people they hire are more incompetent and rude .

Worse customer service ever,This guy "Raul" from the evening shift is a a-hole!So rude, He gave me wrong the order, he didn't wanted to fix it and at the end I wanted a refund and he refused.It's just crazy to have people like him working, no manners, no respect, no customer service at all, it's embarrassing,Believe me, this is the last time I go this piece of crap place!
