Cake Rhapsody

Not being the traditional bride, I sought out the non-traditional cake designer, helps that my husband knew Barbarann from her work on Cake Wars. She was easy to work with and "got" my vision. With only photos of two dolls I have, she created a piece of delicious art. Many of my guests marveled at the cake, some didnt want us to cut into it. Thankfully we did because it was a dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache and raspberry preserves that did not disappoint! Sometimes you expect to give up taste for design but certainly not in this case. Thanks so much for creating a memorable cake!!

I commissioned a 40th birthday cake for my husband and Barbara Ann was so, so informative and nice. The cake was very delicious and looked great. We figured out a budget, what I was looking for, and we came up with ideas and brainstormed since I wasn't really sure what I wanted. It was a great experience. Would definitely use her again!

Barabarann of Cake Rhapsody makes amazing one of a kind 3D cakes. They are cake surrounded in art. My son had his birthday party today (14). He is currently into playing Terraria. He told Barabann some details. She did some research and created an amazing cake. She made an 8 layer red velvet cake with chocolate ganache.
