location & speed of service was great but ya gotta know what you want. Tempting tasty pastry & sandwiches options as well. Know what ya want before you get in the fast moving line. i'm kind amazed there were only two people running the counter. definitely worth a generous tip. see pic of our bill. Best, #BradyEats

Cute open concept in a food courtyard. Line moved a bit slow but coffee quality was great. I felt the price of coffee was good. We each got a large coffee one cold and one hot. We got 2 breakfast sandwiches; I felt they were a bit small but it tasted good.

Got an iced vanilla latte & it was delicious! Good prices and quick coffee on the go if you're in a rush.

This was my second time trying Cafe Nero. The first was in London and I did not have a good experience there. Though here I was pleasantly surprised, the person at the register wasn't the most pleasant. Pleasant. However, the options were really good. I got a vegan breakfast sandwich which consisted of just eggs and beyond meat sausage which I was surprised with and actually tasted pretty good after the heated it up. I also got a mini cannoli which was a bargain at the $1.50, as opposed to on the other side of the food court where they have Mike's which are $5 a cannoli. Cannoli. There three times the size but I only wanted a small portion. It was tasty but not the best cannoli I've ever had. I got the tangerine refresher which is refreshing but not that tasty., It tastes like Kool-Aid or one of those kids drinks.

Most pathetic thing just happened. A woman who just got done scrubbing the floors turned around and was trying to make my hot chocolate without washing her hands.

Terrible service and coffee was horrible. The ice melted before they even handed me my drink meaning they didn't bother cooling the shots for iced drinks. Don't recommend go to the plenty of other shops around the area.

I do not like to post negatives but this place does not make the latte hot end, and they argue when you tell them it's lukewarm at best. Tried it there times now. Once it was passable- two out of three not so much.

Coffee good and setting (even though it is technically a food court ) is fun with lots of seating. The guy who served us was listening to AirPods and seemed very very sad.

Please teach your employees to greet people professionally and smile. It goes a long way towards a positive customer experience
