Nice staff, bold coffee, pleasant environment for sitting and working or just enjoying the view of downtown Seattle out the large windows. I had a soy latte (non-dairy surcharge was $0.75). I didn't see any vegan options for food, so I just sat and had my coffee. I was there for quite awhile and it was fairly quiet for 9am on a weekday -- I never felt pressured to give up my seat early or anything like that. They seemed to have a brisk take-out business. I'd go back.

Opens 6am. Simple small office building cafe on its main floor with good coffee, pastries, breakfast sandwiches & salads. Does the job. The cafe & small sign is recessed on the corner of the building so you can't see if coming from north to south until next to it. Patio seating with shade in the front. Chai Tea Latte a little light but had a very nice thick foam 20oz $5.25. 4*Blueberry Scones $3.75. 4*Almond Pinwheel Croissant $4.25. 4*Breakfast Sandwich Spinach Egg Swiss Cheese was nicely toasted on a panini $6.25. 5* Taboulé Salad very much like Costco's which I love $6.75. 5*Located -on 4th Ave between Seneca & University St-across the street from Fairmont Hotel & Lily Yang

Had a nice lavender iced latte here! Quick service, minimal inside seating, no public restroom available.

Delicious coffee and pastries. Staff is hit or miss, most people behind counter are incredibly unfriendly. They are typically hesitant to answer questions or offer help, but I say that only to warn tourists that are in the area. I wish they had some different syrup flavors, especially non-sugar versions, but overall the flavor of their beans just doesn't really need much enhancement. Their dining room is large and can accommodate chats and has lots of options of tables. My typical latte is around $6.50 with a syrup and non-dairy milk. I throughly look forward to my daily afternoon pick me up!

Best place downtown for coffee! I go there everyday for my daily cup of coffee and was thrilled when my firm moved into the building!

We walked here from the Motif Hyatt because we didn't want Starbucks. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Very friendly and efficient baristas and the espresso was perfect and the decaf latte was so good that my wife had two of them! It was nice to not have to drink coffee out of a paper cup.We also ordered a breakfast sandwich and cherry scone. Everything fresh and delicious.

Amazing lattes; got a chocolate croissant to go and it tasted super fresh when I warmed it up!

The coffee roast is amazing. I got a latte and the flavor is out of this world. The espresso roast is strong, but not bitter. It has flavors of chocolate and deliciousness in it. The staff are very friendly and very nice. What's awesome as they roast their own coffee beans. I ended up buying a bag of beans after I tasted the coffee and I made sure that they will ship it to out of state, because I am certainly going to buy some when I get home.
