Caffe Ducali

The best way to describe this cafe is "inconsistent." It's great to find a friendly cafe that's open early in the North End with strong espresso. But depending who's behind the bar, your drink will vary. A "macchiato" on one day was the size of a latte. A "cortado" a week later was essentially a macchiato. Don't even think about disputing this with the barista.The prices listed on the board are not always what you pay, either. Most of the time, the coffee costs more. And the hours are wonky, depending on the day of the week.If you only visit once, you'll probably enjoy the coffee. Become a frequent customer and you'll start noticing the differences.

Ordered a chi latte and bf ordered egg and cheese sandwich. My chi latte had no taste whatsoever. The only flavor the sandwich had was of a charred grill. Would not recommend
